Restoring a sunken boat (mostly sunken) Part 1

This will be a video series, We don't know how many episodes it will take because we don't quite know what we are getting into, in this series we are going to put new life into a boat that didn't quite sink, but the motor did go partly under, got water in the bottom 2 cylinders and then sat for 2 years, so we are going to treat it as if it had actually sunk, going through the process of breathing new life into this Aquasport 175 Osprey. Part of deciding to do this is having the right boat to rebuild, the Aquasport was a perfect candidate, over the next few months we will restore "El Botito" and as our regular work allows, try to post content every week.
Remember we are NOT pros at this, we are not a boat shop or a professional mechanic, this video series is about an amateur, everyday guy, bringing the vessel back to life, sharing the process, hopefully share and gain some knowledge with hands-on experience and any insight you may be able to share during the journey and maybe more than one of us learns something.
