I have alder body/rosewood fretboard version with Thornbuckers. Most versatile guitar I own...very clear sounding humbuckers and also nice split sounds.. plays very fast&smooth. I really like it!
dark days the new ultra series isn’t that far off the price of a Suhr. :) There is also custom shop which often costs way more than $3000. But you missed the point, Not talking about pricing..but rather specifications and build quality. Suhr should throw in hard cases for no extra cost though, and price a little more aggressively.
dark days I would say that fender custom shop are not producing guitars at the same level as Suhr at a given price point. Even “mass produced” guitars can adopt some of the specifications that Suhr have... For example, SS frets.....etc. .. Not sure if you can mass produce guitars with PLEK treatment..maybe you can.
Stunning playing on a true musician's instrument. Great player, great instrument!

That intro was beautiful
Reminds me a bit of a mix between a ‘72 Tele Deluxe and Thinline. I owned a real Cunife ‘72 Tele Deluxe. Articulate sound like this Suhr. Awesome!
this video makes me happy!
~ cool...greetings from germany ~
That trans brown sure looks like trans crimson red to me 👀
Fairly pleasant sounding instrument
