I love that rose gold food journal Amanda. I use my fitness pal, but not very consistently. I like the idea of intentionally writing down my food, seeing it in writing may motivate me to eat healthier.

Love these! Turquoise or gray for the colors. I am cut using my Hobonichi but love the idea of not having to recreate my pages over and over. I need to watch again and see which daily page I like better but both seem really good!

I haven given away these books already...but I checked the other Clever Fox Planners I have left at hoe and they don't have the word planner spelled wrong. So hopefully they have fixed it in all their books.
Oh my gosh, Amanda. Thanks for the giveaway. (And thanks to Clever Fox, too, of course.) I've been using an app lately, but my spouse has encouraged me to go back to using a written tool. Previously I've used one called HealthMinder made by MemoryMinder and one just called Health Journal by I.S. Anderson. At first I kind of tuned out when you were going over the pages about entering in measurements and so forth because I don't care about that. However, then I perked up when you said you could track food and activity and energy levels to look for correlations. Also, I'm a little over 1000 days #sugarsober so I love that I get to check off my freedom from sugar. So, if you can't tell, I would go with the wellness planner if I am one of the lucky winners. My favorite color is Pearl, but that Forest Green is gorgeous and a close second for me.
