    The weekly tracker is partially meant for lifting PRs, I think, things like bench press, back squat, deadlift, etc. Exercises you'd only do once or maybe twice a week. Or you can track frequency of things like did you hit your water goal, how many times your worked out, etc.

    I like the idea of using the reps and sets bit as a daily journal like noticing thoughts and feelings around food (I get a lot of self sabotage!) also I think there are 4 months for the 3 month calendar in case you start in the middle of a month like Aug then need Aug, Sep, Oct and half of Nov :) hope 75 went well - I keep trying and failing that but I’m going to go again soon. Thanks for the review :)

      That's good to know about the journal! My 75 hard was very successful and I tried it again a few months later, but failed 😣 The water was just too much for my poor little bladder. I have since made a little 30 day reset for myself, so that has been a nice little win for me. Good luck to you!

    Absolutely YES for the W222 a5 and b6 side by side! I’ve been using a5 stalogy and I know b6 would be more portable- I’m just a little concerned that I’ll want more page space…so I’d love to see side by side 😊 Love your videos! Thank you!

    Very nice 💕🎀 I got an extra hobo weeks for my health planner. I did it this year too, but never kept up with it as we have been bad this year 😖 LOL
    I plan on getting serious again next year. I originally lost 50lbs, and have gained back about 20 this year 😢
