There is a saying buyers beware. I think before getting into anything you should read the fine print. I think the mother should make it clear what her daughter can or cannot do before she signs any contract . A contract is a binding document .if the mother sign the the agreement then she has agreed to what ever is in that contract. You can be sued for a breach in contract. I wish them all the very best .
