@@vicksingh5161 Unlike in IRA in a taxable brokerage account you are forced to pay taxes on dividends even if you reinvest. IDK what country you live in but in the US taxes on dividends can be as high as 37% depending on the asset class and your tax bracket
@@nathanabraham8875 I do live in the US, and I understand the difference between taxable and tax advantaged accounts like an IRA. I don't think I'd pay anywhere close to 37%, but I'm wondering if a straight dividend investing profile makes sense just as a supplement to my other accounts.
