I left the b parts of the chorus open if you wanna do it. #duet ( I didn’t play this song in my set for years because I thought I couldn’t pull it off, but once I really sat down and focused, I found a simple way to break down the chords so I could play and sing along with it it comfortably. I realized I had just been needlessly blocking myself. Every time I play this song it feels like a gift from the great mystery. it feels like a living breathing thing. Lucky to be a part of it.

So recently I've discovered that if you are listening to a song, any song that can unlock beautiful detail memories of moments in your life, (where you were, who you're with, not with, discovery of an artist, love, Etc.) then dive into the sounds of chords, melodies and everything that can transfer from your ears into your heart and soul, you can find true happiness that is fulfilling in your heart. When I hear this song, I think of everything that I have attached my own life to this artist. From when I was 17yrs old to this very moment at age 37, this upload means the world to me. As a fan, I thank you with all of my heart. I love you and it's been one of the greatest privilege to share my life time with you.
When i got back from iraq, my wife bought me tickets to go see circa survive with a backstage meet and greet with Anthony.. then covid hit and the show got canceled... I think about thay so often. Been a huge fan of Anthony since like 2007. Hoping to get to tickets like that again

This is one of my favorite songs ever that I still listen to on a daily basis. I apologize for yelling seven years at your shows hoping you'll play it every time hah. Its one of mine and my daughters mother favorite song, we were pregnant at your show in Atlantic City with Thursday 17 years ago and didn't know it and we lost contact and recently in last couple years had came in contact and we realized she was mine. We still go to your shows together now as well. Its really special to us.P.S you know her (Amanda from Central Jersey) haha. Thank you for uploading this.

Im bipolar and I've always felt such a resonance with your music. I play guitar. I've done a lot of psychedelics in my early days and fell into some dark holes. Between Saosin and your solo stuff, you have such a nice voice and interesting chord progressions. I also play open mics and stuff and just use it as a way to pour out my raw emotions. Other than how those things have helped me get through, I'm so happy to see you out and just playing music somewhere in nature. This is good. To anyone else reading this, we're going to be okay even though things have gone to s***. I feel blessed because I only just found circa survive lol why didn't anyone tell me?
If you do read this Anthony green. Plays pretty for baby with zoloft and the rock and roll destroyer is one of my favorite things I've heard you in outside of the popular. I would love to hear you play that acoustic again

Anthony. Just thanks man. I had a buddy put me onto saosin for the first time when I was in the 6th grade (2006). I’m 30 now. Watching that whole process of you guys getting back together, making another record, doing some like grown man touring without the pressure of it all. It’s been such a balm to me. Such a lesson about getting older. When you’re young and passionate and finding your way, you go through a lot of wars. Identity wars. Mental health wars. Interpersonal stuff.
It’s just cool to watch you (and by extension all those guys) get to enjoy what you’ve made. Like laugh at yourselves and also be at peace with having been at the center of a niche but in a way huge and hugely impactful cultural moment and own it.
There’s something really beautiful about watching like a grown ass man do a retrospective and find enjoyment in something he made when he was like 21 and find it sort of evergreen.
Really cool and really instructive. I used to be pretty hard headed and strict about what was worthwhile etc. but the older I get the more gratitude I have for it all and the more fondly I look back even on difficult or confusing moments.
Anyway I’m rambling. Just thanks. Been a fan since I was 11. Still listen regularly and really enjoy how busy you are and how much stuff you get involved with/ create.

In 2005, I saw circa for the first time. I made a goal for myself. The goal was that I would see circa live 30 times. I made it to 27 live concerts over the last 19 years. Sad that I will never be able to reach this goal.
