Poor Dee. I have the same kind of thing. I travel with muscle relaxers and a muscle stem unit if I get knotted up while traveling. And I also don’t relax well either. I’ve had massage therapists scold me in the middle of a massage “can you please relax”. 😹
Poor Dee! Back injuries stink. Being in pain on your vacation is the worst. I read that as "A New Day Prawns". I think my cruise can't come fast enough- I have Shrimp Cocktail on the brain!

It was terrible y’all. TERRIBLE!!! My next cruise is a Royal cruise. Can’t wait to compare. I do not go on cruises for the food there was plenty of other stuff I loved about freedom.
It should b illegal to get fried from deli without the truffle oil. Man don’t forget it next time. Soo goood. Also the buffalo chicken is my fav. And have u tried the brunch French toast I don’t remember u getting it yet? Omg!! Game changer. Ok longest comment ever am I the only one that is so over the same old dinner menu for like the last 6 yrs?
So sorry to see your back out. I have had back issues for years and I am actually scheduled for multi level lumbar fusion May 11th. Hope you get some relief. 🤕🤕
I spent the entirely of my last cruise sitting in that same area by the stack that had that blowing sound coming out. I didn’t notice it until announcements came on, and that noise while you were eating ? I’m very lucky those noises fade into the background for me usually.

Cruising on Mardi Gras tomorrow, I noticed that you get the vegi Indian often…I got it once on a fantasy class ship and it wasn’t very good…do you recommend it on the Mardi Gras…I love Indian cuisine… love my curry yummy! Please I’ve me your thoughts….I miss the tandoori on the Dream

i can only cruise having a balcony type room .i did a porthole window once nope didn’t worked for me .i love St Thomas but it has gotten so commercialized . u can’t go down the road without swarms of people trying to sell you jewelry .
Question! Which of the Caribbean islands have US cell service? I appreciate it. I am going on a Western Caribbean cruise on May 21. Don’t want to risk turning on cell and get hit with foreign charges as the data rolls in. Thanks in advance!
Any US territory, so places like San Juan, St Thomas, and St Croix are the only three that really come to mind. We also have Mexico and Canada in our plan which helps!!
The Heart of Soul has better effects and the production looks better on the Carnival Freedom, on the Pride they were sitting on stools, no outstanding effects.
That uses regular wi-fi via a laptop browser, so that’s not quite the same thing, apparently. Otherwise, we’d have to wait until arriving back in port on debarkation morning to test, which we’ve done before!!

I understand those knots in the lower back. I use aspercreame pads or the cream it is amazing. Quick recovery every time. Hope you guys have fun!
Drink some Ginger Tea! Trust me gas gets trapped in around muscles etc.. let the gas go
