    The Sea View is an outlier in terms of performance. Got supercharged too after the widening of 1km vicinity to be within 1km of Tao Nan School. There aren't many non-boutique developments with these characteristics.

      Hello! True, that's why I used Sea View and The shore residences side by side to compare.     Continuum. Not only there’s no price premium for continuum over nearby LH properties, some units in continuum is even cheaper than GD and TG. 😂
