In this video I reinstall the carburetor on a Honda GX31 engine, and install new fuel lines and fuel filter.
Thank you for watching! Авто/Мото
Great video; I just had the fuel lines start leaking on my GX 31 brush cutter/trimmer and ordered parts to replace. Installed today; I ended up pulling the rubber grommet from the fuel tank, feeding lines, and then reinserting into the tank. Much easier to feed this way.
Thanks for the reply and information. I think the other kit is the K10 that is quite popular with Walbro carbs. Thanks again!
Thanks for your video. This is exactly what I needed. Looked like an easy fix for my older model
Has given me a few pointers to fix a fuel blockage
THANKS! Very good you stated the lengths of the fuel lines from Honda, and how muchy they should stick out.. I have a gx35 multi tool machine and after 10 months thrashing, it likes to cut out when on angles lately, which it previously never did. I'm going to try new lines and filter and thanx to your specs info hopefully itll behave when cutting hedges and snipping on angles! Cheers
Great video mate. Thanks for the advise on repairing my filter and fuel pump .
great video!! chick friendly and professional. Thanks.
Hi handsome, great channel and for the measurement -🎉.
awesome video buddy ... thank you very much.
brilliant! Thanks.
You're welcome!
Great video question for you where do you find the factory speck info ie. how long the fuel line needs to be outside the tank etc thank you
Thanks for the conclusion of that repair. Looks like no "H" and "L" screws, so no adjusting the carb (with the exception of the needle lever height?) Also what Walbro kit did you use? I guess there's two commonly used carb kits and was wondering if that may be one of them? Keep up the great work and always enjoy the videos.
Would you mind, making a short video of how you made your bike?
What size are these fuel lines?
there is a dod on the camshoft and i could not find the mark on the crankshoft thanks
any idea why I have gasoline in the oil sump GX35
So the big line on the top and the little line on the bottom? Which one is the fuel and where does it connect? top purge or bottom line?
hi ask you something about gx31 timing pls if you can
TURN THE SOUND UP
Hahahahahahahaahahahah, "Hard to do this while holding the camera."
It is only arguable that any of us here are/were worthy in the first place anyway.
Merci.
Hi, Can please tell me what scewdriver you use for taking the carburetor apart? I've tried using the phillips scewdriver all they is mangle the screw heads.
Make sure your using the right size phillip screw driver. Also, some screws that look like a phillips screw head are actually a Japanese screw, which uses a different driver. They have a dot on them.
expert trimmer repairman told me that my motor is a worthless and very bad chinese replica of this hona gx 31 motor ,but looks almost the same, l notice mine does not have white letters on the red plastic over oil cap and the black area on top is different, mine has five slits. my oil cap is black too,
