Wow, even more of a reason to rake him through the coals! You can't just marry someone for five freaking years and then suddenly decide, "hey I'm gay, time to find a new lover!" Lawyers are salivating at the sound of that.
She still needs to sue him for everything that he has. He used her by marrying her when he was only interested in men. Tommy should of told his wife himself. MIL should go to jail for falsifying divorce papers. The sister should be sued.
The amount of disrespect showed to OP in this vid is through the roof! I don't care what Tommy "found out" about himself. This is crosses all boundaries. So glad OP went for it all.
On the other hand, this wouldn’t be a problem had Tommy and Kristina just told the truth and not fabricated a bunch of stuff to hurt OP. They hurt her more by putting her through all of that and THEN telling her about Tommy and his new partner than just fessing up in the first place.
Tommy shouldn’t have gotten married in the first place. If you’re not sure of your preference, don’t drag another person into a relationship! You don’t have the right to do that to them! It’s selfish, because no one knows what your feeling or thinking! And they shouldn’t have to figure it out!💯
I feel a little sad for Tommy since I feel that he never had supportive parents who would accept him for who he is. I imagine that the expectation for him to be 'normal' and marry a woman was high, and he thought that he could turn into the mould expected of him only to realise that he was still gay. Now that said, the fact that he cheated and treated the main character so abhorrently makes me feel not so sorry after all.
I mean you're making it sound more simple than it is. A lot of people (especially in the more heavily Christian parts of the country) grow up in an environment where homesexuality is equated with degeneracy. Further, he probably thought his low levels of sexual attraction to women were normal and was likely in denial of any romantic or sexual attraction he felt towards men until he met a guy he fell for. Sexual attraction isn't the only (and some would argue isn't even the most important) part of a romantic relationship, he probably thought he was certain of his preference when they got married. Not excusing how he went about it, mind you. He picked a coward's option that was guaranteed to burn bridges. He should have talked to her directly once he realized what his true feelings were instead of cheating, lying and conspiring with his sister to make her look bad then using his mother to deliver the news.
I work a lot with domestic situations... a lot of men never know they are gay or spend years suppressing it because they are taught it's some evil voice inside of them instead of their true self. While women are often socially allowed to be close to, hug and even kiss each other, many cultures do not award men the same freedom. Gay and Lesbian people are still sadly treated horribly, even killed in some countries. Hearing stories like that can make a person terrified to come out. Or you can have parents (or friends with parents) like mine where one of them constantly threatens harm to LGTBQ++ people and the other is violently vocal about how they are sinners and deserve to have all their rights as humans removed and be forced into conversion therapy. I have a gay brother who to this day refuses to come out and said he won't until they are both gone from the world... He's been married twice to women just to be accepted. (and divorced twice too)
@@TiffWaffles I don’t, he betrayed her the worst way possibly and didn’t have the cahones to tell that to her in her face. Instead he let the MIL tell it to her and went BEHIND her back to attend a wedding without even saying a word that it was happening. He betrayed her… period, suppressed or not.

But she KNEW the DIL didn't get the invite and even admits that her son was at the wedding with someone else. She just couldn't resist having a chance to dig in and harass the DIL, and even manufactured a reason to do so.
I wonder if Tommy's boyfriend knew if he was married, to a woman nonetheless. Just imagine how betrayed and hurt he felt, along with the guilt that he broke up a marriage/relationship. And perhaps, he got into contact by Tommy's father and was told all the horrible things that his ex-wife and Tommy's sister had done, and those were the last straw. Trust and communication are the two cornerstones of a relationship...and so far, the BF's trust in Tommy was shattered. And he really didn't want to deal with the toxic drama any longer.
A DIL who actually stands up to MIL. Yay. Lexi needs to show up receipts if she says she bought the items. If MIL knew that Tommy was at wedding with boyfriend, why is she bitching at DIL about not being at wedding? This MIL is just unreal.
My mom knows a couple who had been married for some time, even had kids, and after a time the man came out and confessed he was gay. He had grown up in an age where that wasn't as acceptable as it is now, and he had tried to be straight-appearing for all that time. They talked about it for a while, cried a bit, and they amicably divorced. They are still great friends, and co-parented their kids well. What kept this going well was their solid relationship as friends and their willingness to communicate and be there for each other, start to finish.

MIL says she'll give her DIL a smacking. DIL should reply "And I'll give you a double handful back." Just because a person is older doesn't mean that a person they attack can't protect themselves against being slapped around.
@@Mew_Mokuba_Akari Unless there was a camera in range, there might not be evidence for an assault charge based on a single slap. But OP could have tried it.

Yeah, that's the weird part. With the rest of MIL's behavior I'd expect her to be a homophobe as well. Almost refreshing to see someone who's such a piece of work display a nuanced understanding of anything. Her perspective on cheating, on the other hand...
She should have just yelled at the Mother in law and responded to those threats saying "GO ahead do it, im waiting". The daughter in law should have cut a CM Punk style or MJF style promo on her and tell her exactly how she feels and provoke her. Fate of MIL: She was out of jail and and divorced and got back on a call with the ex-DIL. she was begging her to help her. DIL did indeed cut a CM Punk-esque promo and told her show she felt. The MIL did try to threaten her but the DIL told her to go ahead do it and told her that she is a coward. The MIL just hung up and threw a tantrum and tried to go visit the DIL but she was ready for the MIL. In a twisted way the DIL knew some self-defense and beat her down. The MIL though she could sue for assault but there were cameras and there was the sand your ground law. The MIL was hurt and she ran off like the coward she is. She ended up living on the streets and saw her son and tried to confront him and get physical but his partner was actually strong and took her down. None of her kids wanted nothing to do with her and she remained on the streets crying all day knowing she lost her family and her financial support. She was "buried" badly.
Kristina: You’re lucky that I’m not in front of you because I’m would be giving you a smacking Me: And YOU’D be the on the ground picking up your dentures
To Tommy's new person: alienation of affection. To Tommy: attempted theft. To Lexi: slander and libel and attempted theft. To Kristina: forgery and attempted theft. 😂
Good morning, everyone. Another brainless mil. Again with the forging of signatures. Take them to court immediately. And yes you can charge family for thief.
Five minutes in, and if i was the OP, i'd file a report against the mother for harassment, lexi for also harassment and slander, divorce the husband and cut all contact. I wouldn't stand for people who would lie about things, slander my name or not believe anything i said even when the truth is right there and the lies easily dis-proven.
OP's reaction to finding out her husband cheated is understandable but awkward cause of her reaction to him being gay. People don't always realize things until later in life, my mom found out when I & my brother were young & while it did lead to the eventual divorce it had nothing to do with cheating.(She never cheated, just saying in case I made this look awkward) Tommy realized his sexuality later on & went about dealing with it the wrong way & in the end that along side his monster of a mom destroyed his life. While it's awkward for him to confess he was gay it would have been better than cheating & letting what happen go down especially since in the end his mom accepted him & his dad accepted him as well & is mad about his cheating/the way he ended things with OP along with kicking her out. Asides from that it's ironic that the MIL not only claimed OP stole from Lexi claiming her initials were on it, thought nothing of her son's cheating & refused to listen to OP when she said she didn't know what was going on cause no one told her but now it turns out to be the other way around with Lexi stealing stuff with initials on them, MIL cheated on her husband & she knew nothing cause her own actions led to no one telling her. Tommy could have gotten out of some of this by just confessing to OP that he realized he was gay & dating his new partner after they divorced instead of cheating & allowing his mom to forge shit. Lexi on the other hand there's no excuse for her & I hope she had to pay for damaging the items. She better hope her husband is willing to let this pass cause I'm pretty sure Lexi is in for a divorce too. Seems like the only person still with a partner is Tommy with his boyfriend who as far as I can tell was willing to accept this affair & kicking OP out. Guessing Tommy & Lexi are upset their dad cut ties with them thanks to their actions, Tommy & his boyfriend have to find a new place to live along with having less money, & Lexi might be losing her husband all while their mom is in jail
First Lexi's wedding, then no honeymoon? Days later shes been crying her eyes out? I'd be sueing all of them, Tommy, Lexi and and Kristina. Lawyer up and sue Dumber then a box of rocks the whole lot of them. And i love it when its anything ther man thats even better. Omg his parents cheated on each other too, so the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Mommas boy and a coward. Wiw now you can add gorgery ti the charges.
All three are fist class examples of The Narcissist's Prayer That didn’t happen. And if it did, it wasn’t that bad. And if it was, that’s not a big deal. And if it is, that’s not my fault. And if it was, I didn’t mean it. And if I did, you deserved it. And also their mantra: Never apologise because I'm never wrong 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
I like that the issue is not that Tommy's gay, but that Tommy's not able to openly talk to his wife of five years! about it but have his mother do it. The same mother that readily believes any accusation thrown at her DIL. Also, they were married for five years, with two years relationship before that. Realising you're gay doesn't come over night. You usually know that for a long time before you do anything serious about it. So what was their marriage even based on? Love? Money? Boredom? Was the marriage set up?
If, you're interested in other person, but you haven't made a move yet. You decide to divorce with your current partner so you don't cheat on them. After tou divorce legally, you start pursue the other person. Is it still cheating or not? If they're dating I won't say it's cheating but if they're married hmm....
I think tommy got off way too easy for that. I mean its an tricky subject to come out to your wife after realising you're gay. He should have been the one to talk to her about it not his evil excuse of an mother. Hell i'd love to see what the guy tommy was in love will feel about this.
AirTexts: the colloquial phrase you are attempting to use should be: If that is what you think, you’ve got another ‘think’ coming. Not ‘another THING coming’. 🤭🤣. What would that ‘other thing’ be?
MIL is a mega helicopter parent, and given her irrational behaviour towards her DIL I would say MIL is a sandwich short of a picnic too. Tommy really should have told his wife he was Gay but perhaps he mistakenly thought his wife would handle his revelation better coming from his mother. However MIL just made the situation worse, perhaps because she was still adjusting to the shock of him coming out as Gay. Good suitable punishment was handed out once the divorce papers were found to be forged, but surely that would also make the divorce invalid too? What is the back story behind Lexi's stealing?
If Lexie had the receipts for the "stolen" items. Why didn't she go to the police instead of mom? Because Lexie wants those things an "wants them back".
If Tommy wants an amicable divorce, he shouldn’t have used his mother as his intermediary
I love the way OP fought back, yay ❣️👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🇨🇦

Happened to a friend. Husband left for a male lover, his family blamed her, made her life hell
@@shoshanaudelson4481 ... How does that even make sense? Is your friend OK?
Ok… Tommy found someone else… but cheating is cheating! If Tommy found someone tell the truth and talk with your partner… don’t make up lies it’ll come back on you in the end
Good Morning ☀️ Have a wonderful day everyone 👋🤗
From Louisiana 🐊
Hi Bridget hope you have a lovely day xx Pam
@@haveyoueverheardtherain Hey Pam 👋 Kids all back at home (for now)🤭 Granddaughter coming over later today when her mom goes to work. Going to see if she feels like baking something. Enjoy your day 👋🤗
@@bridgetdebourgh5698 have fun sounds like a great Sunday xx
@@haveyoueverheardtherain Her mom's working 2-10pm and they live in neighborhood so it's easy to keep an eye on her. She's almost 13 and has more sense than most adults I know 🤭👋🤗
Of course a cheater would be ok with their own children cheating, but i bet if the roles were reversed "how vould you do yhis i thought you loved me/them!?!?😭"
As much as mil is horrible, she's right about sexuality.
As for cheating to come out, wrong on so many levels.
If their mother is this bad then it's no mystery the kids are just as rotten. I really hope the mom and her two spawn end up hitting rock bottom and living messed-up lives as a result.
Family and Friends will be able to provide Receipts and Statements.
Nono, DIL has a point. Tommy did this all wrong and Lexi ruined her own life.
The gay twist announced by his mother was not expected.
MIL says she'll give her DIL a smacking. DIL should reply "And I'll give you a double handful back." Just because a person is older doesn't mean that a person they attack can't protect themselves against being slapped around.
Nah she should have said, "Great go for it! That will give me more evidence against you. I'll have you arrested for fraud and for assault.
@@Mew_Mokuba_Akari Unless there was a camera in range, there might not be evidence for an assault charge based on a single slap. But OP could have tried it.
Wickedness never was happiness and actions have consequences.
Happy Sunday Everyone from Tacoma Washington!( Stay Safe)
So, Tommy wants a divorce, but is still a coward for not wanting to explain things to his wife.
I was proposed to by a man DEEPLY in the closet. Luckily, I figured out he was looking for window dressing before we set a date.
Wow, that's a serious real world plot twister.😮😮😮😮😮
That mother in law has a piss me off voice 🤨
Kristina: "You're lucky that I'm not in front of you because I would be giving you a smacking."
Me: "And the minute you try to assault me will be the last time you try because the hand that you use to hit me will be broken after I'm done."
"And I would rip your arm off and beat you to death with it!"
Me: I’d be like, “Aight BET”
I like that castle in the background.
17:36 Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat?!!!
as much as i hate the mil- she’s right about sexuality. spot on.
and i agree it’s messed up to use a woman as cover and then cheating to come out.
Yeah, that's the weird part. With the rest of MIL's behavior I'd expect her to be a homophobe as well. Almost refreshing to see someone who's such a piece of work display a nuanced understanding of anything.
Her perspective on cheating, on the other hand...
@@KamiNoBaka1 it’s actually messed up, because she then uses his coming out as weapon against DIL to avoid paying alimony.
@@KamiNoBaka1 i think mil was only okay with it cause it was a way to get rid of op.
Only guilt has to be proven, not innocence
Poor girl, her mother-in-law and her husband will regret it
Kristina: You’re lucky that I’m not in front of you because I’m would be giving you a smacking
Me: And YOU’D be the on the ground picking up your dentures
Damn fvcking straight
Plus assault charges filed right after that.
To Tommy's new person: alienation of affection.
To Tommy: attempted theft.
To Lexi: slander and libel and attempted theft.
To Kristina: forgery and attempted theft.
😂
To be fair tommys new lover may not know about the marriage. But the story didn't expand on that Only the Mil
Even in jail Kristina blames MC
So, Lexi had expensive things stolen? Who goes to the person who stole things
Good story
Good morning, everyone. Another brainless mil. Again with the forging of signatures. Take them to court immediately. And yes you can charge family for thief.
Good Morning ☀️
18:36 - at least Tommy is happy?
24:10 - now thats Too Far.
She won’t get any alimony. Not how it works. You have to go in front of a judge. The judge grants your divorce. You need ID too.
Wow she'll never apologize isn't she ?
He is a traitor. He will pay dearly for what he has done. His new girlfriend is pitiful, she doesn't know anything about his previous life
Five minutes in, and if i was the OP, i'd file a report against the mother for harassment, lexi for also harassment and slander, divorce the husband and cut all contact. I wouldn't stand for people who would lie about things, slander my name or not believe anything i said even when the truth is right there and the lies easily dis-proven.
27:27 - so, under the law you can't be charged for murdering your own family members too? I guess that's another way to solve the issue.
Even allies don't want to be used as covers for closet cases.
My wife didn't understand either.
But she was supportive.
I’m not sure what’s going on here but I believe Lexi is fabricating her story of theft.
I think Kristina should get far more than what she did.
29:39 - Icing indeed.
Admitting to crimes in writing. Nice.
Stop taking to the JustNo MIL. Do it all with the lawyer.
Just have the police handle the situation
I’d turn Lexie into the police asap.
First Lexi's wedding, then no honeymoon? Days later shes been crying her eyes out?
I'd be sueing all of them, Tommy, Lexi and and Kristina. Lawyer up and sue
Dumber then a box of rocks the whole lot of them. And i love it when its anything ther man thats even better.
Omg his parents cheated on each other too, so the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Mommas boy and a coward.
Wiw now you can add gorgery ti the charges.
Couldn’t care less not could care less. They mean the opposite things.
Another forgery case.
It's not 'If that is what you think, you've got another thing coming', it is supposed to be 'another 'think' coming.
If I were the MC, Imma make Kristina, Tommy, and Lexi have some kool-aid!
I would be giving all three of them some free knee surgery courtesy of Dr. Louisville Slugger.
Yikes, Teddy. Sure, they're horrible, but killing them with poisoned Kool-aid, like one of the cults did? That's too far.
All three are fist class examples of The Narcissist's Prayer
That didn’t happen.
And if it did, it wasn’t that bad.
And if it was, that’s not a big deal.
And if it is, that’s not my fault.
And if it was, I didn’t mean it.
And if I did, you deserved it.
And also their mantra: Never apologise because I'm never wrong
🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
So get a cat or dog or both and not worry about living alone.
So Tommy turned out to be a closet queen?
MIL is a mega helicopter parent, and given her irrational behaviour towards her DIL I would say MIL is a sandwich short of a picnic too.
Tommy really should have told his wife he was Gay
but perhaps he mistakenly thought his wife would handle his revelation better coming from his mother.
However MIL just made the situation worse, perhaps because she was still adjusting to the shock of him coming out as Gay.
Good suitable punishment was handed out once the divorce papers were found to be forged, but surely that would also make the divorce invalid too?
What is the back story behind Lexi's stealing?
MIL was wonderfully accepting of her gay son. 👏👏
Though it took her years to accpet it as she assumed being gay is an sin or some type of horseshit like that
A person knows they’re gay even if they do not accept it! They should NEVER get married to a woman. That is so wrong to do to them!!! 🖖🏳️🌈
If Lexie had the receipts for the "stolen" items. Why didn't she go to the police instead of mom?
Because Lexie wants those things an "wants them back".
