I really hope the customer that bought the lemon of a mini gets his situation resolved. With the brake disc screws i dont know why they overtighten them because it took me 2 hours to just get 1 off then another 2 hours on the other side. With various faults etc.. do you literally do a fixed 1hr diag fee to check them all as a bulk job and go on from there if more time is required or do you split them down into individual costs to diagnose them each fully?
Depending on how in depth I have to go, usually you’ll only get 1 or 2 faults to find on a car, so with this sort of thing I’ll charge extra if it’s taken me considerably longer yeah
Hi mate i love your content....just my opinion but i think the 2 ramps and all the space you have should be helping you earning the money rather than sitting on your back in the pissing down rain fighting an over tightened torx bolt. Could you not rent a ramp out?
Thank you for your comment, you know being mobile actually isn’t THAT bad, and the issue with my unit is it’s not really near my current customer base but mainly where I sell cars from and take bigger job if needed 👍🏼
