If audio settings is not detecting the USB midi input or it is grayed out and will not let you select it then the likely culprit is you still have Cubesuite open. Hi thanks for a great video. I’m having trouble trying to set up an expression pedal as a wah in bias fx 2 on iOS. My expression pedal only turns wah on or off and I can’t modulate it as a real wah would be able to. Can you offer any assistance?
Hello A, thanks for reaching out to us. If you want to use short presses to change presets you can program the Chocolate to use program change A or B in Cubesuite. You won’t have the flexibility to program the exact presets as you will have to go in numerical order but you could make your own bank in Bias FX2 to overcome this. The goal of the video is to show how flexible the Chocolate controller is, that is why we used the long and short press in custom mode. Thanks for the video! Unfortunately it doesn't work for me... I've done every step in this video and Bias FX still doesn't register any midi inputs. I've used MIDIBerry to check midi inputs and they show up, which means that the mvave chocolate is working fine, however, when I try to do the same in Bias FX it simply doesn't register any inputs. I've double checked and the USB input is checked, I've tried to use the "Learn" input command and it says no input is being registered...Does anyone else have this problem? Or is there something that I can try? Thanks!
I followed every single step of your instructions. Unfortunately i can't see any response in bias fx2, no matter what button i press. I made sure that USB Midi is checked, so i don't see, why it isn't working at all. Any suggestions on how to deal with that? Hello Daniel Juliano dos Santos, thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. When you program the editor your setup automatically saves when you close it. The Chocolate controller will not work if you keep the editor open and try to use it (you must close both editor screens).
