    Ulthera was painful for me even with Emla cream and when it reaches the bony prominences. Perhaps my tolerance level was low compared to other patients. I did see the changes especially in the jaw and chin area.

      How about trying hifu (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) sygmalift? This is what I read about it: SygmaLift is painless as the ultrasound energy is emitted in a fractionated mode. It gives great comfort to you and there is no need for painkillers or application of numbing cream.

      @@lisse85 Sygmalift might be a good alternative if you are looking for less pain. It is also cheaper. However, i believe that Ulthera gives better results and better accuracy during the procedure.

    Ulthera fuckn hurts, my nurse said I did pretty well some people cannot tolerate and finish the procedure
