I did ask for uthera in my Clinic and they said, they do thermage and it´s the same. They recommended to buy 2 microneedling procedures with thermage, one month before thermage, one after. Do you think it´s right plan? I hate the fact they told me uthera and thermage is the same.

I did both, microneedling I feel like the mild version of thermage, your skin will be smoother after microneedling. While thermage is more focusing on tightening.

Then you have better not use that clinic when they tell you Ulthera and Thermage are the same! One if using ultrasound and one is using RF and depending on each individual's skin, fats etc, that will affect the decision which to use.
