If you have a company registered in the USA, you need to file a BOI report with FINCEN, the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. This applies to both residents and non-residents of the USA. A BOI report is a declaration of your beneficial ownership information, which helps the government combat money laundering and other financial crimes. In this video, we will show you how to file a BOI report for your LLC or corporation using the online portal of FINCEN.

Terms You Need to Know
Reporting Company: That's your LLC
Existing Reporting Company: Your LLC was created before January 1 2024
EIN: Social security for your LLC is typically provided when you file your LLC on notice CP 575 G
Company Applicant: The person who actually filed for your LLC-now FinCEN did realize this may be an issue for existing reporting companies, so at this time, it does not apply to existing reporting companies
Submitter: The person actually filing the BOI report
What You Need:
1. Legal name of your Reporting Company (LLC or Inc.)
1. Any DBAs? All those will need to be listed
2. EIN
3. Country your LLC was formed in
4. State LLC was formed in
5. Address of LLC
6. Legal Name of the members of the LLC-(the technical name for owners of an LLC is "members")
7. Date of birth for members
8. Address of the members
9. Identifying document type (Picture)
1. State ID
2. Drivers License
3. Passport
10. Submitter Info

NO one is explaining what address to put in a foreign Non-Resident of the USA for the BOI if "Company address cannot be Registered Agent address, PO Box or Virtual Office"!!!!!!

Sir, when I submit a BOI report for my LLC, FinCEN is asking for the current U.S. address mentioned on lines 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 on the FinCEN website. However, the address listed for my LLC is India address. Sir, please advise on what to do.
