Do individual equal paratners in an LLC all need to file separately in addition to the LLC itself? If there are four equal partners, is there a Beneficial Owner if all decisions are shared equally? If there are no employees and only the four partners, there is no EIN. So what should you do then?

FinCEN requires US company address and doesn't allow me to use virtual office. I am a non-resident and used Northwest Registered Agent address for incorporating and obtaining EIN. What address do you think I can use?
