It's been 16 months since I ordered my cases. STILL WAITING. NO WAY they are at 6-8 months.
Same here, almost 2 years by the time my standard not custom cases finally arrived and we ended up moving. My cases literally showed up while the moving truck was in my driveway. My new space won't support the cases I purchased so they are still sitting in the box. I love the cases, but the wait time is just ridiculous. No way should we have to wait for standard sizes - they should have stock cases so they are ahead of the orders. Again, my only complaint is the wait time and if they fixed that I would certainly order more for my new space.
God dang, now I just got worried about mine. Shite I got boxes all over out bedroom , under the bed, in the closet and piled up 😂. My wife is wanting them put away . Now I gotta figure something out
have you guys reached out to moduspace via email lately? I'm hoping Bryan or Jack can resolve this for you.
@willfoxification I have been emailing customer service since June regarding my order. Nothing custom. All standard sized cases. Every month it’s been the same. “The ship leaves next month”. That persisted until November when according to them it finally left. Then the ship was delayed further somehow. Now it’s supposed to arrive end of February. We’ll see. The amount of time that I’ve had to wait for these moducases is frankly ridiculous. So I have NO idea where you got the information that they deliver in 6-8 months. I feel like that is misleading to your audience.
I am in the same situation as you. Originally they told me 6 months and then delay after delay. Now they are saying end of February. Its been 15 months now and all of mine are standard size cases as well. I have reached out to moduspace several times and they just keep telling me delays and that they are sorry.@@TheGentlemanWake
Cases are great but the wait time is frustrating. First order took about 12 months. I was told they moved into a larger manufacturing space to hopefully speed up production but my 2nd order of 3 custom MAX cases was placed 18 months ago and I'm still waiting. 😮💨
Damn bro, I'm sorry to hear that. Have you emailed them? I'm hoping you can speak with Jack or Bryan to get this resolved. I want you to have your cases and not be frustrated!

Great vid Will, I consume any moducase related content. Couple of interesting tips/stories from my end: My room is 10x12 so I had 120 inches on one side of the wall (I have an L shape setup onto a secondary wall) and I bought a wall combo and cases that measured 118 inches. Do not I repeat DO NOT leave yourself that tight of a window whomever is buying these cases. I only had less than 5 millimeters of play to squeeze it onto the wall (didn't factor in the bottom wall trim/border). Needed to add a spacer (3/4 of an inch) for the corner unit and I couldn't fit it. Two other crazy things I've seen along the way are someone cramming in about 50-60 figures in a DF120 and another collector (an engineer in IRL) placing a ton of heavy collectibles (i.e., JazzInc Falcon cockpit, etc.) on top of the DF cases with no wood top boards. I mentioned it as a concerned collector but they are going to do them. Best of luck I said and the same to everyone going this route.
bro, measuring is key for sure! When I got my cases in I was like...fuck I think I mis-measured. Luckily it worked out and fit perfectly. That ceiling fan caused me some issues though lol. But...stuff on top without top boards is asking for disaster.
took me nearly 2 years to get mine, had some custom displays in the order.
Geez! That's a long time, but worth it I'm sure!

I have three DF60 cases for 1/6 cases and ordered 3 custom DF cases but man the wait time for those customs are long. My custom cases recently shipped, the waiting time was around 20 months, hopefully Moduspace could speed up the process.

Excellent video, Willierm. I ordered my first wall combo in 2022, and it arrived 12 months later. I still haven't built them because I'm moving next month. Can't wait to set it all up! I've got 6 more DF120s on order now, too. The wait can be frustrating, but it will be worth it

yeah they have them for 1/2! The max 150 usually or a custom. Lifesize would require a custom probably.

What would you say the ease of putting the cases together would be doing it solo? Also, did you retain the shipping boxes for when you move?
dude, honestly these things are challenging to put together ngl. I think after the first one, it gets a bit easier. By yourself, it's like probably a 8/10 for difficulty. I didn't, no. I don't plan to break them down lol!

I really like my Moducases but would recommend DF over Sixth for Hot Toys. That's my only regret. Get the DF 120 with the half shelf and you can fit more figures in more dynamic poses

I’ve got dozens of hot toys all still in the shipper boxes, just been waiting to move and now I’m about to finally. These cases look great but in reading the comments it sounds like even if I ordered some today they wouldn’t come anytime soon, perhaps not even this year?
If you order standard sized cases, about 8-10 months. Customs maybe a year. I waited a year for mine. Totally worth it!
Any update from Bryan about the phone app (to switch on/off lights and program the multicolor lights)?
Graeme mentioned at the end of of his JKW livestream that Moduspace sent him an early sample of the “RGB” - I assume he meant the lights and phone app advertised on their store for a couple years.
Also, did you mention the dimensions of your custom cases before?
I have the Drogon statue in my DF120 but can’t angle it like yours, which you said was custom. I have MAX cases too but use them primarily for 1:4 and 1:3.
Yeah, Bryan told me about the RGB prototype lights they've been working on. I haven't received them yet, but I'm hoping to get some soon to test them out. They're also working on a detolf-like case that should be really cool.
The drogon case is a custom max case, yeah.

The Hulkbuster is too tall to fit in Sixth Series cases. The cost of the Moducases is an investment in your collection, and it's hard to realize how great they are until you get them, or see them in person. They're absolutely the best item I've purchased for this hobby, and those who have seen my display are stunned that I have such a professional looking display case full of sixth scale figures.

Do you think I can exceed the 15kg limit for statues?
I would probably get a max case for bigger statues in that case. Are they heavy/big statues?
They're Pokemon statues. I'd say they're about 1/6 weighing 5-12kg each?@@WillFoxification

I really want to ugrade my display from Billy's to Moducase. Billy's are great but my collection is getting a bit dense so its hard to cram 10 figures on one Billy shelf and still being able to close the doors.

@@WillFoxification yeah I also hesitated when I saw the proto pics, but after seeing some in hand pics even with inart gandalf it looks decent yeah dude it's my only choice I can't afford the weta or prime1 anymore. My only grip are the chains being too big other than that for 240 it's solid.

i have been waiting over a year and 3 months already and when i email they just keep saying next quarter, last email said Q3 2024. 6-8 months is definitely not accurate, whoever told you that is not being truthful. regular items no customs. maybe for you being a streamer and having an audience they ship yours faster. buyers should not be misinformed. have a great day
