all out beggar mafia... i dont know if its just a job at this point, a scam? or genuenly the only way to get out of the street? the whole ordeal seems really complicated to put it in black in white unfortunatelly... in my country we also never see child beggars, as it makes parents get charged with "child neglect" and the help is avayable for children. but this is the most horrendous. adults faking health issues, or doing other scammy acts is well... more or less just messy topic. But using children is just sad, and really unsettling. cant really comment at that.
