  • Hey guys, I made a jigsaw table this time.
    [Download the plan here]
    jisaku-koubou.com/downloads/j...
    【Plan List】
    jsk-koubou.stores.jp/
2-way locking arm system allows you to control your jigsaw easier than ever.
Even with a large project, the arm will not get in your way. The arm accepts longer blades up to 150mm, you can cut any lumbers as thick as 100mm without any issues.
The table is also equipped with a T slot for circular cutsΦ80~Φ450mm) and a foot pedal for maximum efficiency and control.

First off I gotta say this is probably the most fascinating thing I've seen in a long time. Secondly, it also made me realize that as a middle aged man that I haven't learned a thing. I guess as long as I'm breathing, it's never too late. Thanks for the inspiration.

I've seen almost all the jobs ... jobs I said ?! artworks!!!
And I am not enough to fully admire (just) the completed work to the whole construction process..
and tell you the truth, for me every step..Every step is a great pleasure and even if you stopped
every step, the enjoyment was no less!
So, thank you very much sir for sharing the public with your works!

I admire the flawless workflow in this and ,of course, the sleek design of the finished product. I think a mark of the clarity of the process is that it requires no voiceover to explain the actions taken or explanation of the why. I am reminded of Roy Doty’s “Wordless Workshop”, which was a monthly feature of Popular Science magazine. It consisted of a series of cartoon panels showing how to make various items without any text commentary except dimensions.

Finally we have a seasoned craftsman. I am convinced that this project will bring back happiness to my life. His skill level is at a different level, I assure you that. It's not really about the tools he has, there is a different magic on his fingers. I am not kidding, rewind the video and take a close look at the way he uses his fingers, that's where the magic is, especially the fingers on his right hand. This has inspired me to try this at home with my jigsaw.

A nice addition would be a height setting jig - a block that’s just slightly thicker than the distance from the bottom of the arm to the bottom of the bearings bracket. You could then set it on top of the work piece, loosen the height adjustment screws and lift the arm up, then slide the work piece and height jig under the arm and allow the arm to rest on the jig block while you tighten the height adjustment screws. Another nice addition would be an attachment on the arm for a vacuum hose.
