I am not kidding, rewind the video and take a close look at the way he uses his fingers, that's where the magic is, especially the fingers on his right hand. I think a mark of the clarity of the process is that it requires no voiceover to explain the actions taken or explanation of the why. I am reminded of Roy Doty’s “Wordless Workshop”, which was a monthly feature of Popular Science magazine. It consisted of a series of cartoon panels showing how to make various items without any text commentary except dimensions.

Excellent design and video. The only changes in the design that comer to mind are: 1) Cut a small block the exact thickness of the depth that the bearing support protrudes plus one millimeter and glue it back near the rear of the support post so that when adjusting for the thickness of the piece to be cut, you can just rest the post on the material and then lock it into place. 2) If the position of the T-track was at a diagonal, then the size of a circle to be cut would be almost 50% larger. Even so, an excellent design and build. Congratulations!
This is one of the better jigsaw table designs I've seen, BUT, I have gathered together all the pieces to make one, plus one no one else has used. I bought a scrap jigsaw today for £2 and I'm going to use the original blade guide roller from this behind the 2 bearings to centralise the blade.
I just love these videos where the guy is making something, and he has all the gadgets and power tools ever invented, I am still learning how to hammer in a nail straight.
From what I could figure out, he made all his tools himself. In fact, it seems that the whole point of his videos is making his own tools instead of purchasing them. Check out his other videos. Just saying.
Regarding @3:09, using a transfer punch (not a "center" punch) can help you to easily and accurately find the center of a hole; with little room for error. There are inexpensive as well as expensive options depending on what you'd want to get. I know you strive for precision. So, I hope this is a suggestion that can help in a small way.

いつも拝見させていただいております。いつも素晴らしい作品に感動しております。同じようなものを作らせていただきました。ブレードを横から支えることがどうしても分からず、背面から支えるように作成しました。円形の材を加工したところ、ブレードの横揺れが激しく真円になかなかならず、そこで初めてブレードの横揺れを防止するため、横から支えることがわかりました。未だ試していませんが、おそらくこれで真円作成が上手くいくと思います。
