New instant payment system launched

A new instant payment system has landed in South Africa. The PayShap rapid system is expected to revolutionise small-sum transactions in the country. BankservAfrica launched PayShap in collaboration with the South African Reserve Bank. The system is in partnership with major banks such as Standard Bank, Absa, Nedbank and FNB.
