Aside from Magellan and Enel who I think are a little stronger these are surprisingly accurate considering most power scaling videos are outright ridiculous concerning One Piece. Love the added bonuses like intangibility, immunity and also that you added hypotheticals. Awesome!
I feel like Enel was very strong, he was just matched with his natural enemy/only weakness. Its like devil fruit users fighting against someone who controls/turns to water

I think Megellan is a little low here the guy was so strong in venom demon that legit 4 warlord level or stronger people with a bunch of other people like Mr. 2, Mr. 3, and buggy all ran away from him but I think he should have at least been close to were Kuzan was around 2.2k. (At least)
Provided none of them were proficient haki user, a logia user can be pretty lethal. Imo, high warlord level is pretty fitting for him. Hancock is a high warlord level character just by her little known feats alone and the fact that she has all three types of haki.
