And hey full 4th Gear, even if he cant controlled perfect it then(i mean time of using that gear and time to recover) with Haki is really powerfull. So Maggelan at most a bit-moderately stronger, but for sure not much or very much like you assumed. Now people didnt underestimate Luffy, didnt knew much about power levels of characters and its levels themselfs(for example wich level dude with average logia or Luffy in time fighting Katakuri) , how they correlates/interact with each other. But about your explanations about Gear 5 vs Kaido, I agree about Kaido in the end being a little stronger than gear 5, but i disagree that luffy was completely healed when he eated meat (so basically gear 5 wasn't at his full power and kaido wasn't too) and i disagree that kaido wouldn't have been beaten if it wasn't for the magma.

In my opinion Luffy gear 5 is stronger, cuz even if Kaido fought many ppl luffy started that fight without adv conquerors or gear 5, an evident disadvantage against Kaido's Df and Haki, also gear 5 wasn't fully healed just like Kaido, he lifted and island and was tired and luffy was literally almost dead, so i think its fair to say who's is stronger based on who won that battle and luffy overpowered Kaido in the end
I would say the quality and quantity of people that kaido faced off with is significantly higher though at this point. And for the most part, kaido was tanking moves that would destroy lesser opponents. On a fresh 1v1 fight, kaido extreme diff against gear 5 luffy as they stand. Luffy also did about 90% of the damage on Kaido(7% Zoro, 3% Law) and was the only one who could take on Kaido 1vs1. In g5 he turned Kaido into a jump rope and eventually completely overpowered him in the end. Luffy beat Kaido with an un-mastered G5, imagine what would've happened if he had mastered it! In my opinion, I don't see how Luffy isn't stronger than Kaido. Oda made it very clear he surpassed him once he unlocked G5(oh, and btw for those of you who argue that Kaido has to beat Luffy in order for Luffy to get G5, thus making Kaido stronger, in the manga it was unveiled that Luffy can access G5 without having to die)
Putting Smoker in high CP9 level in Loguetown is genuine insanity. Crocodile imprisoned Smoker and I doubt Smoker could have beat Crocodile at the time. Saying Loguetown Smoker is high CP9 level implies you think he is about on par with Rob Lucci and Kaku at Enies Lobby, who are able to move so fast it looks like they teleport and Kaku was able to slice a tower in half with one attack. Edit: Crocodile at high executive level is also a massive overstatement. Sure; Luffy could only hit him with blood and water but without his immunity to physical attacks it seems unlikely he’d beat Lucci. Using their control over their body I imagine Lucci, Kaku and many of the other CP9 agents could just teleport behind Crocodile and hit him by making their hands/fingers sweat a lot Edit 2: BB was able to wound Shanks and Shanks seemed scared of him. Does that make him yonko level yet? Maybe not as Shanks may have been caught off guard and BB just got away. Marineford Luffy was able to get away from Admirals after all so it’s not unreasonable. But I do think he should be closer to YC1 at Impel Down especially given his powerful devil fruit. Magellan was able to beat him mostly just because his DF negates durability so you basically just need to be intangible or have a high immunity to poison or you’re dead.
Smoker shouldn’t been that high because the reason why luffy couldn’t beat him is because he was a logia. If Luffy had armament haki before timeskip then smoker is getting clapped (My opinion)

Actually luffy lost only once (from ragnarok) because the second time wasnt from kaido, his body couldnt handle conquerors infusion and it knocked out luffy. The last knockout was a third party

Their is no 9ne stronger than a gear 5 luffy. Gear 5 is his peak and has limmitless powers. There is a reason his devil fruit bounty was 5b and more than most characters in the show. HIS FRUIT HAD A BOUNTY OF 5 BILLION.
Luffy just has to master gear 5, but he cant loose with gear 5 as he is the mc and its the strongest power and will lead him to be king of the pirates and achieve his dream to make everyone a pirate.

Hey, Luffy was much stronger than Krieg and Arlong, and even with Logia Smoker for sure didnt was power level of Lucci in Logtown. Yeah Luffy defeated him much earlier than he could handle Smoker with Haki, but still overall Lucci just was presented like super elite agent and stronger than everybody else Luffy faced. So i doubt Smoker could defeat Lucci, they equal at most. And Luffy alwasys was not a bit but like minimum in third part-half stronger than Zoro, that can be seen even by their bounties and power division, if Zoro was just like 1/38-1/39 weaker than Luffy(3,900 vs 3800) then everyone would be talking they equal in story, and would be presented like that, but here is not. After oda realized the concept of infinite strings that take 0 stamina is too OP, he added in gamma knife so law can nerf doflamingo's string manipulation, same for haki, doflamingo could not even infuse his strings into conquerer's haki. Yet even after that, doflamingo found a way to beat gear 4. and guess what, the citizens protected luffy, then doflamingo right after that, goes on smacking luffy's ass. Even finnaly when luffy beats doflamingo, he passes out for 3 whole days, doflamingo wakes up like 1 hour later.

For stamina, i believe yes it is true, katakuri fought for longer, but under less harsh conditions, katakuri did indeed fight a snakeman and run around a lot dodging attacks, using haki, but doflamingo did a lot while his organs were demolished, fighting gear 4 2 times, technically winning both, if luffy had no one to save him right after he passed out using kkg, doflamingo would have waken up earlier and finished luffy (if no one was helping luffy, he would have already finished luffy before any of this happens) So im giving this to doffy Range- doflamingo, birdcage, End of discussion Hax- This is a debatable one, it could go both ways, doflamingo has many extremely helpful abilities, his string fruit counters nearly all melee users, such as sanji, if sanji were to fight a healthy doffy, doffy would have much better string manipulation, so im saying that sanji is not reaching a healthy doffy, he cannot also break through doflamingo's strings, well he can but, the strings are infinite, sanji needs to focus on dodging, not trying to attack doffy, and he will eventually run out of stamina like this. Well my main point, doflamingo's hax are very good for melee matchups, his birdcage is on a different level, if it was placed on a regular battlefield, it would be way faster, also no one would be holding it back. Doflamingo can also heal, control puppets, create black knights (basically a clone) But katakuri also has very powerful hax, making anything he wants out of mochi is very powerful, dont misconcept though, katakuri cant just copy doflamingo's advanced moves, my main point is, katakuri's fruit is extremely powerful paired with observation, it has great perks such as making the enemy stick and he is also able to turn himself into any shape he wants, which is why paired with advanced observation its op. Matchup- This is what i really want to talk about, what nearly no scaler ever talks about matchups. Doflamingo straight up counters observation haki, this is fax, let me explain, Observation gets countered heavily by speed, but thats not all, remember quantity too, Doflamingo has trillions of strings from awakening, guarding him at once, so his attack speed is extremely OP, with infite strings thats like no cooldown multiple rapid fires attacking katakuri, katakuri cannot foresee this much, yes, his observation is great, but infinite no cooldown strings is something katakuri is not foreseeing with ease, and katakuri tanking it is a tough statement, those strings are very powerful undoubtebly, a nerfed version gamma knifed can destroy multiple buildings+ throw bounceman around. But here is what katakuri has perks in, his fruit, yes, it is very true those rapid fire strings exist, but katakuri's is also large quanitity due to awakened, they take stamina, but the stamina well worth pays off, katakuri's mochi can turn into anything he wants, including large defense borders while katakuri is trying to reach doflamingo, so its a matter of, will katakuri be able to reach doflamingo before doflamingo has a full defense plan, and if katakuri does reach doflamingo, doflamingo may be able to survive, but he cant hand to hand katakuri, he needs to play defensively, so returning to doflamingo's favor, this is what doflamingo will do, playing defensively is doflamingo's power, his extreme range and hax give him a massive boost, his clones can confuse katakuri, his devil fruit tricks can too, this ruins katakuri's concentration for his observation, revealing a massive opening, for doflamingo, but as i mentioned, katakuri can make his mochi into anything, including defense of his own, but it wont be enough to stop doflamingo's massive artillery and range. Sure; Luffy could only hit him with blood and water but without his immunity to physical attacks it seems unlikely he’d beat Lucci. Using their control over their body I imagine Lucci, Kaku and many of the other CP9 agents could just teleport behind Crocodile and hit him by making their hands/fingers sweat a lot
Edit 2: BB was able to wound Shanks and Shanks seemed scared of him. Does that make him yonko level yet? Maybe not as Shanks may have been caught off guard and BB just got away. Marineford Luffy was able to get away from Admirals after all so it’s not unreasonable. But I do think he should be closer to YC1 at Impel Down especially given his powerful devil fruit. Magellan was able to beat him mostly just because his DF negates durability so you basically just need to be intangible or have a high immunity to poison or you’re dead.
Smoker shouldn’t been that high because the reason why luffy couldn’t beat him is because he was a logia. If Luffy had armament haki before timeskip then smoker is getting clapped (My opinion)

Hey, Luffy was much stronger than Krieg and Arlong, and even with Logia Smoker for sure didnt was power level of Lucci in Logtown. Yeah Luffy defeated him much earlier than he could handle Smoker with Haki, but still overall Lucci just was presented like super elite agent and stronger than everybody else Luffy faced. So i doubt Smoker could defeat Lucci, they equal at most. And Luffy alwasys was not a bit but like minimum in third part-half stronger than Zoro, that can be seen even by their bounties and power division, if Zoro was just like 1/38-1/39 weaker than Luffy(3,900 vs 3800) then everyone would be talking they equal in story, and would be presented like that, but here is not.
You doing great job but i noticed a while ago what you have quite big misunderstoodings about power levels - who and where had such power level, who was stronger, and that can be seen in what i talked earlier. But you also sometimes didnt know how that power levels correlates between themselves. I mean for example if Luffy defeated Enel that didnt means that Lucci 100% stronger than him. Yeah it shonen rule what next enemy is stronger, but in One Piece that not always like that even for Luffy, i mean he faced stronger, then weaker enemies, besides cases like i mentioned with Enel - yeah Luffy defeated him, but that doesnt means what Lucci or Moria could do same thing, even if they more far in the story. And yeah, maybe Enel is stronger than many thinks, but for sure not level of second commanders like Ace, Katakuri, Queen and so on.

After oda realized the concept of infinite strings that take 0 stamina is too OP, he added in gamma knife so law can nerf doflamingo's string manipulation, same for haki, doflamingo could not even infuse his strings into conquerer's haki. Yet even after that, doflamingo found a way to beat gear 4. and guess what, the citizens protected luffy, then doflamingo right after that, goes on smacking luffy's ass. Even finnaly when luffy beats doflamingo, he passes out for 3 whole days, doflamingo wakes up like 1 hour later.

Strength And speed- Id give this to katakuri, he was able to injure luffy more, however, doflamingo did also manage to throw gear 4 around while his organs were demolished, i feel katakuri did more damage, and speed not really debatable, katakuri takes it, solely due to his observation haki, his observation haki gives him very well reaction time which causes speed to dodge attacks
Durability, endurance, stamina- Doflamingo, this is very obvious, Doflamingo had his organs demolished, yet he was able to hold on due to his massive df mastery and healed himself, even with a massive disadvantage with people holding back his birdcage, people protecting luffy, he was still able to hold on so well, finding a way to counter luffy's gear 4, at the severely harsh conditions he was in from law's gamma knife, yes, katakuri got stabbed in the stomach and fought snakeman, however, snakeman is made for speed, luffy knew katakuri did not have the durability and heavily relies on his observation to land and dodge attacks, so he sacrificed bounceman's strength for snakeman's speed, doflamingo had it harsher, his observation haki was not as good, but his devil fruit mastery was, which got him out of the extremely unfair situation, and he beat gear 4. the citizens protected gear 4. For stamina, i believe yes it is true, katakuri fought for longer, but under less harsh conditions, katakuri did indeed fight a snakeman and run around a lot dodging attacks, using haki, but doflamingo did a lot while his organs were demolished, fighting gear 4 2 times, technically winning both, if luffy had no one to save him right after he passed out using kkg, doflamingo would have waken up earlier and finished luffy (if no one was helping luffy, he would have already finished luffy before any of this happens) So im giving this to doffy

Hax- This is a debatable one, it could go both ways, doflamingo has many extremely helpful abilities, his string fruit counters nearly all melee users, such as sanji, if sanji were to fight a healthy doffy, doffy would have much better string manipulation, so im saying that sanji is not reaching a healthy doffy, he cannot also break through doflamingo's strings, well he can but, the strings are infinite, sanji needs to focus on dodging, not trying to attack doffy, and he will eventually run out of stamina like this. Well my main point, doflamingo's hax are very good for melee matchups, his birdcage is on a different level, if it was placed on a regular battlefield, it would be way faster, also no one would be holding it back. Doflamingo can also heal, control puppets, create black knights (basically a clone) But katakuri also has very powerful hax, making anything he wants out of mochi is very powerful, dont misconcept though, katakuri cant just copy doflamingo's advanced moves, my main point is, katakuri's fruit is extremely powerful paired with observation, it has great perks such as making the enemy stick and he is also able to turn himself into any shape he wants, which is why paired with advanced observation its op.
Matchup- This is what i really want to talk about, what nearly no scaler ever talks about matchups. Doflamingo straight up counters observation haki, this is fax, let me explain, Observation gets countered heavily by speed, but thats not all, remember quantity too, Doflamingo has trillions of strings from awakening, guarding him at once, so his attack speed is extremely OP, with infite strings thats like no cooldown multiple rapid fires attacking katakuri, katakuri cannot foresee this much, yes, his observation is great, but infinite no cooldown strings is something katakuri is not foreseeing with ease, and katakuri tanking it is a tough statement, those strings are very powerful undoubtebly, a nerfed version gamma knifed can destroy multiple buildings+ throw bounceman around. But here is what katakuri has perks in, his fruit, yes, it is very true those rapid fire strings exist, but katakuri's is also large quanitity due to awakened, they take stamina, but the stamina well worth pays off, katakuri's mochi can turn into anything he wants, including large defense borders while katakuri is trying to reach doflamingo, so its a matter of, will katakuri be able to reach doflamingo before doflamingo has a full defense plan, and if katakuri does reach doflamingo, doflamingo may be able to survive, but he cant hand to hand katakuri, he needs to play defensively, so returning to doflamingo's favor, this is what doflamingo will do, playing defensively is doflamingo's power, his extreme range and hax give him a massive boost, his clones can confuse katakuri, his devil fruit tricks can too, this ruins katakuri's concentration for his observation, revealing a massive opening, for doflamingo, but as i mentioned, katakuri can make his mochi into anything, including defense of his own, but it wont be enough to stop doflamingo's massive artillery and range.
Winner? Katakuri takes it 5/10, doffy takes it 5/10, if katakuri reaches doffy, katakuri wins the hand to hand, if doffy is able to keep katakuri far away, doffy wins, doffy and katakuri are both capabale of doing these things with ease, a injured katakuri kept upt with snakeman, a organs demolished doffy defensively beat gear 4 and knocked him out. This is the true fax, admit it or not, not only does the official one piece creators agree with this, placing them on par with each other, but the storyline does too, warlords are highly known, same for yonko commanders, luffy was the same in WCI as dressrosa, there was no sudden strength boost. This is the real and honest truth. Any debates? Im down to answer questions or any opposing ideas, But please dont "2 piece watcher me" this is my opinion and i have my right to have it, im not biased, i gave both characters favor multiple times, even saying doflamingo destroys in range.
