Aiyuk is going to want a big contract. We are paying Terry, he would not stay. Draft a reciever it gives you more time to know who to pay a nice contract to.
We can pay both
We can pay both bro and aiyuk is the exact kind of receiver we need to complete this room
Rookie deal QB
I would move up and get the ot we need to fill the hole in the Lt. position
Get the Tackle
Please !!
Valid
2024 WR field over Aiyuk. We need size at WR.
Twin D here.
1. Draft a WR (trust this regime), save the money/capitol, and sign Justin Simmons. Fortify the defense and draft Drake Maye. Keep the games close with a stout defense while Maye (or Daniels) goes through his early growing pains.
2. Trade back into the 20s of the first round and try to get Foshanou or Sims (either could become monsters). Let's see if the two young/ untested TEs we already have can become what we hoped they would with improved coaching & Ertz mentoring. It seems that's why we've focused on building the coaching staff we have. To teach and develop.
I want OLU FASHANU. Draft the franchise LT and Franchise QB in year one of the rebuild. We can worry about TE next year.
Keep our draft picks, this is a golden opportunity to actually build through the draft to build a stronger foundation.
I’d take Aiyuk as it’ll take our dependence off of what Jahan could be. It’d give us a 3 headed monster & bring more comfort to JD5 adapting
You mean Drake Maye
@@WillDiggsWashington ain’t Drafting Drake maye how much do you wanna bet Bro
@@doncooper384 I bet $1000
@@WillDiggs is a Bet Bro I will be waiting on you come Draft night I can’t wait Guard your heart so you want be Disappointed

If either Olufashanu or Bowers falls past the 20th pick, the question becomes is it more important to protect your rookie QB or provide him a weapon to ensure his success. Tough choice but I’m trading up to take Olufahanu only because our oline was trash just a season ago and he has the potential to be very a Chris Samuels-ish bookend Left Tackle that could be around for 8-10 years… However Bowers is very tempting!
1) answer = Take the field.
@LTN Tackle Tackle Tackle! We need to come away from this draft with 2 Tackles! Everything is second. No to Aiyuk. Draft a WR
The WR class is deep, Aiyuk will want big money and hes got some wear and tear!!! I think Terry, Jahan and a new WR3 would be better. This next year is bout building, my expectations are to be more competitive, lets run before we can walk. We defo need couple tackles and CBs.
As much as I would love a top tier tight end, we need a top tier Left tackle above all other needs especially to protect the new QB
I'm taking Olu at 21. I'm not trading up to 21 for Mims due to lack of reps and injury history. And I'm not trading up for a TE. Also, I'm trading a 3rd for BA and paying him. We have a Rookie QB contract. Buy now
Before Jahan and Curtis got there Terry needed a "twin" on the other side...Aiyuk would be that
To me this is an easy one take the field because paying Aiyuk right now doesn't really fit into the direction the team is taking at this point. Plus on top of that I would rather have a rookie that is taller because Terry and Aiyuk are very similar WR's both are 6'0" Aiyuk 200lbs and Terry 210lbs and both block well maybe Aiyuk is a better blocker but not by a large gap. Also with the deep WR draft this year it just makes sense to go that way and have that WR on a rookie contract for 3 years before you have to look to give them the bag and Aiyuk wants to be a top 5 paid WR right now. On the Brock Bowers or OT trading back up into the 1st it is another easy choice you take the tackle so you can protect the rookie QB the best you can because for right now Ertz is a good enough security blanket for the rookie QB and I know Bowers is in a class above but I still would like to see what Armani Rogers and finally give Cole Turner enough time on the field to show what he can maybe do EB never really gave that man a chance to prove anything. Armani Rogers could turn out to be an Isiah Likely from the Ravens we just need to see and it has been shown that the top TE's in the league aren't 1st round picks, look at Kyle Pitts and I know that had a whole lot to do with the coaches not knowing how to use their top players because they didn't even know how to use Bijan Robinson either, but Kelce or Andrews or Kittle none of them were 1st round picks two were 3rd rounders and Kittle was a 5th rounder and even Laporta was a 2nd rounder so to me drafting a TE in the 1st round at this point at where are team is makes zero sense. Heck I wouldn't mind it if they traded back into the 1st to get LT and packaged a couple picks to move back into the 2nd round to select a RT to me the Oline is massively important with a rookie QB, it looks like we have the interior of the Oline solid just need our book ends at tackle. Next year or the year after the team should be more put together and not as many holes to fill where we could make a luxury pick like a Brock Bowers and make a move like trading for a player like Aiyuk just right now it doesn't make sense to have Terry and Aiyuk being paid big because here real soon you are going to have to pay Jahan also if he does what I feel he is capable of doing on the field if used correctly if we get a larger WR opposite of Terry like a Johnny Wilson out of FSU or a Tez Walker from UNC in the 3rd round or later that can be play "Z" where I feel Jahan could be a huge weapon out of the slot. So Terry the X and the larger rookie at Z and Jahan at the Y and we could be dangerous. But we will see how Chef P and DQ see it here in less than 2 weeks. I digress lol.
I say take the field on the receiver position. I say between the dude from Texas and what we already have on the roster. I say we're good
I say it depends on how things shake out if we more focused on LT/RT and miss out on more impactful guy. I would say take a shot and make it 3rd -2nd next year. I would also say only if we draft Jayden.
I’m hooked on getting a tall receiver it’s not an exaggeration when I say that we need someone to get those 50-50 balls and run over the middle so I prefer getting a guy like Brian, Thomas Junior, or Xavier Leggette
If we trade for a receiver I would rather have Higgins instead of Aiyuk
@@donatwood1018 facts!
I would take Aiyuk if they could get him for a reasonable price. I feel like adding a proven guy helps your rookie QB more than adding a rookie but I wouldn’t be mad either way.
Roll the dice and do both trade for Aiyuk and trade up get Brock Bowers
I'd like to stay in the good cap space area draft a receiver. If we didn't have Terry I'd say ya let's go with aiyuk. Draft a receiver if a tackle is available I move up and go get best one available. Brock is a pass for me tackle is more important and getting one of the top guys to protect our rookie QB is more important to me. Sanders Sinnot or Wiley you can get later..
WR Field and trade for a Tackle
Bills chiefs chargers something like that for Brandon a team that is ready to win big Washington isn’t ready to win big just yet so in my opinion it’s double barrel draft capital and a big contract no thanks build in the draft !
Lou I go with WR field we need size at WR and need all drafts picks
I want the tackle you can find a pro bowl te in almost any round
I want the OL help, but I wouldn't be mad if we drafted a TE. Also I'd much rather us draft a WR over Brandon Aiyuk.
If you're going to go get Aiyuk, it's gonna cost a second rounder and you're gonna have to pay him. But it would be worth it. Daniels would have a plethora of weapons.
As for going back into round 1, I'm only doing it if Olu Fashanu is still on the board.
Lou! Lots of scenarios in play still. Personally I would rather draft in 3rd. Chef P may already have a deal in the works if interested however, don't look for him to show his hand until draft. Does he want a tall wr to build with or pull the trigger on a trade?
2:39pm
We won four games last season
Peters do your thing champ
Give me the younger and cheaper receiver just draft
Between Bowers and Fashanu, I would take Fashanu. Regarding the WR I would draft instead of trading for Aiyuk.
I’d trade up for Brock if he fell that far, and draft a tackle at 36 or 40 at whichever one we kept.
What’s good Louie Tee? I’d take the field vs Aiyuk bcus a rookie is easier on the cap and we need a taller WR at least 6’3” in my opinion. To answer the 2nd question I’d much rather us move up to select TE Brock Bowers!
I'd take the Draft field at WRs, only because we can kick the can down the road on paying them. Right now, getting a T is much more important than getting a TE. Our O-line needs are bigger than the TE position
WR field. We already have Terry making 22M a year. We can get a WR in the field for four years that would cost Rookie contract. The rookie contract would be less than what we pay Aiyuk.
I would take the trade but for next year's draft picks n what money is he looking for?
I love Brock bowers the 1st hard found good
I wouldn’t mind it but not for a first round pick. These receivers are to advanced coming out of college nowadays.
Trade 40 and a 5th for Aiyuk
Trade 36 and 100 for a trade up into the first round.
It boils down to this for me. What is more rare (assuming they hit the ceilings) a perennial all-pro TE or a consistent pro-bowl OT? Imagine if we traded for Aiyuk and then drafted Bowers. Still able to get a tackle at 36 (Kingsley Suamataia is my preference). Probably send either 40 or a third for Aiyuk. But then you have Rookie QB (I prefer Drake Maye), BRob, Ekler, Bowers, Ertz, Terry, Aiyuk, Jahan and an AVERAGE oline. That doesn’t even include young chess pieces like Dyami and Armani. That’s a dream for me.
I would rather take Brendan Rice in the mid rounds than pay B Aiyuk who is a #2 WR at best
Bowers is the Caleb Williams of TEs, if you can go up and get him you run to the podium, there’s no one on our team even close to as good a bowers I’d even trade Terry to get Bowers!
Draft a WR and trade up for Brock Bowers if the trade makes sense
If we draft a ready to go QB in Daniels, Nix or Penix; then we should go after Aiyuk.
If we draft a high ceiling developmental QB like Maye, Rattler, etc... Then we should invest via the draft for a WR to develop with that QB. Preferably one from the school they came from which they have history with. I.e. Legette + Rattler
Take the TE and get a tackle later or trade for a tackle post draft.
Is it me or some serious talent will be available in the 2nd round. 1st round 5QB, 5WR, 5OT, 4DE,, 4CB, 2LB, 1TE ect....
If we draft JD5 we have no business drafting a TE. He doesn't throw over the middle.
Whazzup Louie Tee! 2024>BA because of monies and draft picks; tough choice but if we trust our Avengers Coaching team then I would trade up for Bowers and take a Tackle in the 2nd;
If all those guys fall to early 20’s you take your best rated player if close you go to tackle due to it being a need
We have to many holes to give up draft picks
This is prolly gonna get buried. I would def pick up Aiyuk because of the way we’ve handled contracts. We can make the money work. And like you said there’s only one bowers. Get him.
Would much rather draft a WR in this class. Trading/signing Aiyuk seems like skipping steps considering where we’re at right now.
As for the Bowers “dilemma”, no. Im not trading up for a TE. Just doesn’t seem wise.
I’m going Brock and picking a receiver in the draft
Damn Louie what if latu drops to 21. Nevertheless I would trade up for a tackle as those are more likely starters while the ones in the 2nd rd are camp competition for starters. I can’t trade for aiyuk as his money don’t fit unless it’s a 3yr deal
Take the TE sign the tackle in FA Tyron Smith
Brandon ayuik and brock bower
I want to surround my rookie QB with as many proven players as possible. You can immediately pencil in Brandon Aiyuk for 70rec, 7 TD, and 1K yards. We can't say the same for Jahan or any rookie WR outside of the big 3.
I would take Brandon i would trade dotson and a 3rd or 2nd and 3rd and I would take bowers over a tackle if it was me
I’ll trade for BA and then trade up for a LT
I draft a WR I would not be looking to pay Aiyuk.
Don't trust Penix health history so I wouldn't trust Mims either. If it's a right tackle available at the time, will jump on Bowers.
Louie Tee,
We do NOT want a high-priced player now. It is better to save the cap for next year. NEXT year is a target year for that, NOT this year.
As a matter of fact we have two established players that I would trade for picks if the offer was good enough.
It is being openly stated that the top 5 OTs Alt, Fashanu, Latham Fuaga, Mims are going to be GONE in round 1 below #20. What's more, Morgan Guyton, Suamataia, Fautanu are second tier and they are likely to be gone around 25. I think your idea that one of the first 5 has a legitimate chance of falling is wishful thinking to support the idea of sticking and picking a QB at 2.
Also your idea that WAS can trade up for example bundling 36 and 40 to get into the teens is wishful thinking since teams that need great OTs are just NOT going to do this unless at a ridiculous price, we are talking adding a 2025R1 or R2.
The good news regarding your requirement for drafting a receiver is OTs will not be drafted until the "elite"-QBs are gone. This means trading down perhaps 2 to 3 to 4 to 5 to 6 is a possibility and each trade yields (in order ) 34, 35, 69, 70, etc. and possibly MUCH more. The other possibility is MIN 8,23, 2025R1,2026R1 for #2 which means we could take a tackle at 8 and a second-tier tackle at 23.
"THE" dream of course has been that one of the 4 elite-dubbed QBs is going to save the team and that the sacks were all Howell's fault and we are only a QB away from fixing this team. Also it has completely escaped anyone that Driskel is BETTER THAN Mariota and actually also as good or better than Howell and Heinicke, anyone should watch his tape before they decide otherwise. Also it is a fantasy that only the 4 elite-dubbed qbs are worth drafting and the rest are trash. Rattler, Milton, Nix, Penix, and Pratt and even Tagovailoa are all pretty good QBs and the difference between what they bring to the table and the "elites" is not so great, and the elite QBs are USELESS to us if we don't have TWO great tackles and currently we do NOT and got NOTHING in FA but a center and a guard. A team in which the QB is running for his life is never going to be a good team PLUS that QB will be RG-III-injured. TWO great tackles means the ability also to build a running game, it was the running game on which the last Redskins super bowl happened, mainly Counter Gap and you can learn more by searching on Redskins Counter Gap.
Taking elite talent at TE
This WR class is WAY, too rich to want to trade for Brandon Aiyuk. Not to mention, we’ll have to pay him, when we’re already paying Terry. Makes no sense.
2) Answer= if we had to choose between LT or a TE . I’m taking the LT period. Sorry ain’t know TE worth a starting LT especially when we have none on this current roster.Simply have are New QB not worried about his blind side or give an opinion over the middle as he running for his life because the bum LT can’t block!!!
I'll pass on Aiyuk, despite the proven talent. The priority after QB has to be OT. As good as Bowers may prove to be, we have to protect our Day 1 investment. Use the draft capital to move back into Rd1 and get one of the top LTs, then keep your fingers crossed that AP finds great value at WR or TE in Rd3.
Draft a Wide receiver.
Aiyuk please
Tackle
Bowers
I'm taking Bowers over Fashanu
Draft a WR
I’ll take the known over the unknown anyway.
trade for established WR in this case
draft way cheaper we should trade for a tackle lol
Draft a receiver
easy BROCK
LT isnt that great this year... next year maybe better. Dont trade up 2nd round. #36 draft CB kool Aid #40 WR/ TE Saunders, Sc WR, Texas WR, FSU Coleman then 3rd go get WR Brendon Rice and a LT with one of those picks. Trade up in 4th S Michigan or Miami
No to Aiyuk, draft one, if we are going to pay the big bucks to a player, it should be LT. No to Bowers, WE NEED A LT & RT, AP IF YOU ARE READING THIS GET US A F***ING LT & RT, have a word Lou.
Thank you ! In the NFC east you better have the trenches together especially with a young quarterback or it will make for a long year
@@garyfields3744Think you could do both I wouldn’t do with these picks 2nd-3rd in next year draft .
Give me the field on the Aiyuk convo. The TE or LT convo is utterly ridiculous and borderline disrespectful. We have Lucas and Wiley as starting Tackles on our team. We better take the LT and everybody who even brings up TE needs to be cat scanned and drug tested
Too expensive
Hel no I ain’t trading for aiyuk
Broc
DRAFT. Not remotely close. Where are the Chiefs right now vs where are the Dolphins right now? If you want stats, prioritize WR, if you want championships, prioritize elsewhere.
Very tough decisions, I think the safe thing to do is draft a WR and trade up for a tackle. Going for Aiyuk and Bowers, I feel it would be better if we already knew 100% we got a guy at QB.
We started new no Aiyuk
Bowers is so overrated. Why would i draft a TE that can’t block when i can go get a WR 😂
Bowers
Draft a WR
