I got a major question for you. I have gotten the dreadful call from my family who wants to start preparing for retirement. They have been in business for 40 years and I have a tree business in Atlanta for 5 years. He has a well established business and technically its my legendary. Problem is to leave my business bring down 50k worth of equipment. He wants me to hire and run my own crew. My question is how do I deal with getting paid. From my understanding he is wanting togive me 1k salary a week plus monthly bonuses depending on profit and he will take my expenses such as insurance etc. What do you advise here? I am losing freedom, putting a cap on my income, at the same time. It is my family business...
