I've been wanting to try my hand at chainmaille and your clear instructions have made it seem so easy! Thank you for the great video. I can't wait to try this.
What an amazing instructor you are!! I have never done any type of jewelry making and watched because I loved the look of this bracelet. Due to your awesome instruction I am going to attempt to try and make one. Thank you and I hope to find more of your videos.
I have tried chain maille for quite a while, this is the first time I as able to follow , will try bracelet later. Thank you so much for making it easy.
I was going through random tutorials for jewelry today and came upon this one. I am currently working on a class sculpture project where I am doing 12 in 1 without realizing what it was. I just thought it looked neat to do the large circles bound by small ones as a background. Thank you for the background information and the tips.
I love love love love the way you explain everything you are so Good even a little girl will be absorbing every step Thank you so much I' suscribe can't miss your classes ❤️❤️❤️❤️
WOW! I haven't made any jewelry yet. I have been watching tutorials and have been very intimidated by the chain maille tutorials. BUT this instructor is awesome and I am going to attempt this. After watching this I really think I can do it with no trouble. Thanks for the awesome instructions.
This is beautiful! I'll make an attempt to produce one or many, also thank you for demonstrate different ideas as well. You are a great narrator, making this video interesting and captivating. LOVE IT.
You make this look so easy, I've stocked up on jump rings and I've warned the family to "DO NOT DISTURB" until I finish it although they have permission to send food parcels into my workshop lol :)

I love the look of this bracelet, and I'm so excited to give chain maille a try. Your tutorial was so clear and easy-to-follow. Also, the camera was always in focus and you always worked on camera. I appreciated that so much! One question: Is there any reason I can't just use closed jump rings rather than manually closing them all? Thanks!
I love, love this, I going to be brave and try it. Thank you so much, you are a great teacher. I just want to ask if you have to use the exact size of rings that you suggest or different sizes can do.... Thanks agin.
We do not solder the jump rings. If you are new to chainmail you can check out our class Intro to Chainmail to learn the proper way to open and close jumps rings to prevent them from opening.
I am totally Falling In LURVE with Chainmaille And Love this Tutorial!! Was Wondering If The ring Instructor Is Wearing On Right middle finger is Chainmailled Also And If So Is There tutorial For It.. Thanx!!!!
Chad Dean We sell the 2.7mm jump rings on our site, but 2.84mm will work as well, however, the weave will probably be a little loose. If that becomes an issue, switch the 4.5mm, 19 gauge rings for 4.5mm, 18 gauge rings and that should sort things out.
Yes, Gold Filled is great and will not peel or lose color and it won't break the bank. Other gold "colored" wires (besides pure gold of course) will lose their color fast.
I have always been afraid of using jump rings. when it called for them I used slip rings which is like a little keyring cause I don't want to make something that can come apart if I do the jump rings wrong. I couldn't make this with slip rings could I. it might take longer but I don't know if it's possible. please let me know.

Reese Ryan Yes, for the sections that call for a closed jump ring, you certainly could use already closed ones.

Great Video.. Love it : )
First off, thank you for your videos! They are a Real inspiration! My question is, will 20ga 7/64'' (2.84 mm) work well? I can't find 2.7mm

Hermosos los proyectos!!! ¿Podrían subtitularlos en español???👏
What gold wire do you recommend? Is gold filled my only option for gold wire that doesn't peel or lose color?
Yes, Gold Filled is great and will not peel or lose color and it won't break the bank. Other gold "colored" wires (besides pure gold of course) will lose their color fast.

You can't make chainmail with split rings, it's too hard, and really you don't need them. The jumprings stay together just fine.
muito bom
