Hi, just curious, I would like to split my bass signal and send a dry bass signal to my bass amp and I want to send another wet signal to a guitar amp that comprises of a pitch shift of an octave up sent to another pitch shift which adds a perfect 5th to that 1 octave up signal with no dry bass signal then into some distortion so I can send this wet signal to the guitar amp when the guitarist does his solos, to fatten the sound a little as we don't have a rhythm guitarist to do this. Does this unit have these capabilities?
Could you show your settings for that clean bass sound? You're going out stereo head phone jack. I'm trying left and right outputs that seems to be the same separate signals.
Im sorry. I dont have gt1 to compare. But i have gt1000. Honestly, all multiFX sound similar these days. GT1000 is a lot more flexible and complex. I am now sold both and go with the helix.
@@solotstudio I did, but the website says there's 3 amps but don't put the names also there's a video from an Argentina guy that has like 5-7 bass amps and there's no info about that
You still can't put two distortion blocks in parallel, that you can adjust their parameters independently. What you did is much more easily achievable using the wet/dry mix which exists in almost every effect. With wet/dry adjustment you can decide how much of your original signal is mixed with the distorted signal, no need to place anything in parallel. The real parallel effects only exist in BOSS GT-1000 and Line-6 Helix.
Up to my knowledge, there is no other multi effect in this price point that can do wet/dry or parallel distortion. The closest to that is the new Headrush mx5 which is still cost more than mg30. I do agree it is not the "best" way to dial the distortion parallel sound.
You don't want to add distortion after the amp/cab, sounds like ass. You'd be better off just using distortion before the amp and adjusting the wet/dry.
Nobody on RUclips talks about this feature of the Nux Mg30 !! Thanks a lot !!
Thank you.
I am very happy when they released this feature.
Hi everyone.
I sold this unit a very long time ago. Therefore, I could not help you with your question anymore.
Sorry.
Nice tutorial! Thanks 🙏🏽

Hi. Can you set this parallel fx on the outputs at the back?

can i assign a fuzz instead of a dist?
That's badass!!
Are any of you patches available for download?
how is it compared to the boss gt-1?

@@solotstudio ok 👍👍
I finally figured it out... Those last 3 effects have to be those exact effects. Then long hold the mod button to change it to distortion FX.
Can you hear the separate signals from the left and right outputs? How's do you control which output gets which?
How many bass amps MG 30 has? I'm interested in that to see if I get one
Sorry, i dont own the mg30 any more.
You can check the list of effect/amp in nux website.
