From Grimm Season 4 Episode 9 'Wesenrein'- The Wesenrein act on their many threats against Monroe and Rosalee's marriage. Meanwhile, Nick and Hank bring Wu to a place where he's sure to find the answers he's looking for. Elsewhere, Juliette tries to come to grips with her new reality.

It also shows that a lot of the supposed 'Truths' of showing the truths to humans is dangerous to the human is a bit bullshit. it's about explaining something by people that can explain it to the person once a reveal has been experienced to avoid the person going crazy from THINKING what they saw was insane.

That's what made me mad at Nick and Hank at first because when he started asking, they wanted to get an attitude.
In most cases that's probably the first impression you get when someone says that to you

Honestly, Nick, Wu, Hank, Monroe, Rosalle, Trubel and Adalind are my favorite characters in Grimm

Grimm really was ahead of it’s time in a lot of ways.
It was just another take on "Buffy, The Vampire Slayer." You've got all the same elements: the special protagonist with superpowers -- the Grimm/Slayer -- the "Scoobies" that help them figure out and defeat the monsters, all the monsters/evil Wesen, and they even save the world from the Devil in the end! Funny enough, as a big "Buffy" fan I noticed all the similarities by the middle of Season 1. It was essentially the same recipe, so to speak. That was probably why I liked it so well, but it wasn't until "Grimm" went off the air that I actually found out that it was made by some of the same people as "BVS" & "Angel".
Reggie was the perfect casting for Wu!

Reggie Lee has one of the most expressive faces I've ever seen. His astonished face is nonpareil.
This whole show had the best cast. I really want a spin off with Dianna,Kelly and Monroe and Rosealee’s kids.
Each time they reveal the truth to a character is an event, even they repeating the same story, is the reaction of the characters that made the best moments, how each of them accepted and dealt with was given to them. I really miss this show.
It's the human factor, that reaction that the actors manage to imbue into the characters and convey to us all. We may have seen these reactions all before, but they each make it new and fresh every time~
All the various reveals (juliette, hank, wu, trubel,etc) of the Wesen world have been interesting.
When he says "aswang" I'm like hey, that's a Filipino monster and the drawing looks like one as described by our ancestors
Well Reggie Lee is Filipino and they did an entire ASWANG episode prior to this clip.
Inspired by Reggie Lee telling the Aswang story on set. The writers overheard and were like, "We should make an episode about this thing".

The fact that this channel exists, that it's "confirmed" and that it upload content on a regular basis keeps my hope up that there will be a Grimm spinoff eventually.
I’m hoping that too, the show was way to amazing to be forgotten that way. amazing characters, amazing plot, interesting storylines and cool wesen. They could’ve gone for way more seasons and done spin offs too with other characters. they could’ve even done a comic series etc. it was fresh and new in the supernatural genre.
It’s been many years since Grimm was cancelled. I’ve been praying they would have a spin off right on line with the last scene of the last episode. Unfortunately it looks like it’s not going to happen. Frankly it’s a big mistake that they didn’t. My three favorite TV shows of the past 20 years are Stargate SG1,Person Of Interest,and Grimm.
This episode and this very scene reveals that Wu really thought of Nick and Hank as friends and he trusted them. Cause if not, he will not be going into the woods with what he saw and learned from them.
Hank and Nick always play the tough guys when showing someone the trailer.
Except with Juliette, it was excitement. A bit like children showing off an imaginary world, a fairytale world. Which is pretty cool and absolutely how I would act as well!

I know. But I saw him on Grimm first. But, my dad's a big Burn Notice fan, so eventually I saw him there. We both agree he was great and should have been a regular.

I discovered this show late but once i started watching it, I could not stop..... LOVE IT!!!!!!!
This is one of the main reasons I love season 4 to 6 the most, I’m sooooooo glad Wu knows the truth and is part of the Grimm team.
Wu is my favorite character. He has some of the best lines and is a true and loyal friend.

Goddamn I love Reggie Lee, hoping to see him in more projects. Wu is one of my favourite characters in this show
He's a really underrated actor. Which can sadly be said about a lot of this show's cast members... they assembled a group of REALLY strong performers, made an awesome show with them, and they STILL don't get enough jobs.

Night Stalker, X-Files, Buffy, Charmed, Grimm were all basically "Monster of the week" shows.
The team took too long to bring Wu in on what they were dealing with although Hank wanted to a lot sooner. After Wu was enlightened they were even better.
I discovered this show month ago and watched full during 3 weeks. Love it. After Monroe, my favorite character is Wu

There are some shows they can bring back. They can do another 6+ seasons super because it’s been over for so long, and bring back many of the original characters and evolving their stories by jumping ahead that many years, can really make things that much more interesting. I think this was one of those they could bring back and it would be amazingly popular.
Then VU in the head of hundreds of thoughts flashed, learned the whole truth, how in fact Nick unraveled the murders, well, with the help of Monroe and Rosalie and other characters.

I really loved watching Grimm and I'm not a fan of TV or movies, for obvious 'modern' reasons. This was such an excellent series, well written, good casting, great acting...it had everything. And then the a-holes just deliberately sabotaged this, bringing the series to an incredibly fast close leaving people wondering WTF? This series was steeped in wonderful, German folklore and they really had a true gem of a show. I'm still angry, all these years later at how they let such a great idea and show just go head first down the sewer.
I liked that they brought in other cultural wesen as well after the first season
This is a van on an unprepared site in the middle of the woods that does move or rock at all with three grown men walking around inside it.

My only complaint is that after everyone knows his first name, they continue to call him Wu, they should've called him Drew.

Hank is the only character that stays Human throughout the series the rest either already are wesen, or turn at some point or they die, the few recurring cops or royals don’t have enough screen time to be considered regulars, and I’m basically talking about Juliette and Wu the rest die off. It’s kinda cool that Juliette becomes one of the strongest Hexenbeist , and Wu becomes a new/unknown wesen turned by a Lycan Bluttbad. We know baby Kelly grows up to be a Grimm, but does he have any of his mom’s traits, I wonder cause I bet he is probably the first child born of a Grimm and a Hexenbeist. A unique offspring similar to his half sister Diana as we know she is rare having gestated while her mother was once again becoming a Hexenbeist giving her enhanced abilities, more-so than Juliette who also became Hexenbeist because of Adalind. They definitely need to bring the show back, and I know people have been pushing for it to happen with petitions.

That specie of Aswang is called Tiktik. It preys on pregnant women and newborns. You can detect if theres one nearby if theres a 'tik' sound. The sound of it gets lower the more it approaches.
