I actually cheesed the fight with Akechi because at this point in the game I had White Rider and he really could not hit me with Curse and Light

@@paulgentili1425 Nice, I used Arsene as well in this fight. I kept him for the entire game and used the Lockdown feature to get rid of his weaknesses (so he nulled bless by the time I got to this fight) and buff his stats.
@@DRAG0NSPIRIT10 nice, I did fuse him once because I ran out of stock, and wanted to see the cutscene, but before the Hawaii trip I went to mementos and remade him with mighty gaze, maegion, and brave blade, took a lot of time because brave blade is a late game skill card also Raphael is late as well for repel bless but it worked, I used Parasvati for Null ice.
I just used a persona that could reflect physical attacks, one megaton raid took out about half of his hp, safe to say I won in three turns
Akechi's fight was hilarious. it's amazing, don't get me wrong, but when I one shot him on a first playthrough it was....interesting
Seeing as how this is a confidant fight, I see that. You could have overleveled for ir.
It’s always good to hear sunset bridge but it’s still crazy that it’s been 2 years since I played Persona 5 Royal and 3 years since I got into Persona by playing the original Persona 5
As someone who did this the first time in NG+, watching him hit me for around 12 HP as I fucking obliterate him off the face of the earth was the funniest thing.
Well as we see here, this duel was pretty intense normally. And Akechi can't heal. If he could, the fight would never end.
Cool the fact that akechi use his silenced pistol and not the golden one xD

Guns should've been disabled in this fight cause they both know they don't fire live ammunition
They actually do if they believe/convinced its real. As the story says it also goes the same for their armors and imitations
Counterpoint: Akechi already accidentally got his *actual, real gun* out, and he's been using actual, real guns when he isn't with the Phantom Thieves. He probably *forgot*.
I was like this close 🤏🏼 to beating Akechi (he had a single strand of hairs worth of health left) during my first plathrough. By the time I went to the second playthrough, I thought I killed him for a split second. The script can really throw you off a bit sometimes.👊🏼💪🏼💥😅😂💀💀💀

when i did this fight i used myriad truths and killed him on turn one. granted it was my new game+

Bro I was not expecting evil akechi this early. I mean I still just used concetrate and myrid truths on him to one shot him.
Do you plan to do loading comparisons between all the platform's?
I had Principality with me because it's a Justice arcana (I thought I was going into a normal confidant event), and sure enough his AI was smart enough to take advantage of its curse weakness. I was way stronger at that point though, but it was cool to see Akechi actually attempt to kill me the first time LOL.

@@FazPersona I mean the graphics quality because if u set it to custom it will automatically be 60 framerate but high is 120 framerate

@@SquibToast it can be played at 120, but videos can only be 60fps
