- Hi, this is Alexa Chung and we’re on the way to the Royal Academy to take a look at the preview of “the preview” of the Summer Exhibition. It’s the most democratic art exhibition in the world so I might even try and sneak a fantastic picture of some carrots that I drew yesterday that I think they’re gonna be interested in…

Ah I loved this!! The RA exhibition was one of the first art exhibitions/galleries that I actually engaged with as sometimes they can feel a bit overly austere and traditional, but the summer exhibition had so much more playfulness and heart - I'm excited to go round once it's open to the public :)
