2 Tbsp Roasted Gram Flour
4 Tbsp Curd
1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
1 Tbsp Fenugreek Powder
1 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
½ Tsp Garam Masala Powder
2 Pinch Orange Food Color
2 Tbsp Mustard Oil
Gravy Ingredients:-
250gr Onion
300gr Tomatoes
1 Handful Coriander Leaves
2 Inch Ginger
7 Garlic Cloves
2 Bay Leaf
1 Black Cardmom
4 Green Cardmom
4 Cloves
1 Star Anise
1 Inch Cinnamon Stick
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
½ Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 Tbsp Fenugreek Powder
2 Tsp Sugar
Cream As Per Required
Butter As Per Required
Coal For Smoke
Oil As Per Required
Butter Naan Ingredients:-
1Kg Refined Wheat Flour
1 Tsp Salt
½ Tsp Baking Soda
2 Tsp Baking Powder
2 Tsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Oil
4 Tbsp Curd
Nigella Seeds As Per Required
Butter As Per Required
Chutney Ingredients:-
5 Tbsp Curd
2 Handful Coriander Leaves
1 Handful Mint Leaves
6 Garlic Cloves
2 Green Chillies
¼ Tsp Black Salt
½ Tsp Chaat Masala Powder
1 Tsp Mango Powder
¼ Salt
1 Lemon
Laccha Onion Ingredients:-
2 Onion Rings
½ Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
½ Tsp Mango Powder
½ Tsp Black Salt
¼ Tsp Black Salt
½ Lemon Juice
¼ Tsp Chaat Masala Powder
