I’ve seen the regular scrap packs , or they were in stores a couple of years ago, and the glitter scrap packs were available online. I never saw them in my local,store.
So if you can’t find the scrap packs in the store, look online.

You could try using alcohol inks to color the white frosting swirls …….in orange, green and black for Halloween!
Tim Holtz and his design team color white resin/plastic items wirh alcohol ink. Just a thought …..
