Texas Style Brisket in Stockholm: Brisket & Friends (Part 1/2) | True Craft

Ludvig from Brisket and Friends loved Texas-style BBQ so much that he quit his job in finance to bring authentic BBQ to his hometown of Stockholm. He started with a food truck which led him to meet Niklas, whom he partnered up with to make a go for a proper Texas BBQ joint in an industrial area in Southern Stockholm. Without any marketing, and purely based on great food and word of mouth, the joint quickly became a popular place for meat lovers. They soon teamed up with a kindred spirit, Peter Pikulik, to form Big Bone Brews unifying their brisket, pulled pork, and burnt ends with craft beer.
