Well done with the playthrough. Speaking of that, a friend of mine has a playthrough request of Dragon Quest IX for the DS, but he wants the playthrough to star certain individuals rather than you choosing to play as. Since RUclips's stupid filters is preventing my friend's entire detailed message from showing up here, I've created a playlist on my account called "Dragon Quest IX request from a friend". This game is the father of all Mario rpg’s. Let’s thank square Enix and Nintendo for making this. I’d they hadn’t, we wouldn’t of had paper Mario and the Mario & Luigi RPG’S. I love those damn Mario & Luigi RPG’s and I’m gonna play the game that started it all! :D
I've always loved the beginning fight vs Bowser especially when you defeat him and you both are basically plummeting to the floor below. you could wait around for hours of falling, watching the windows fly by story after story and the minute you finish the dialogue mario jumps up a story and saves the princessortof. looking forward to the updated game.
I remember my brothers playing an emulated version of this game when I was a very little kid, and up until a few years ago I thought it was just a figment of my very young memory that there was a Mario game like this.
Solid Longplay, but as usual, Captain Wiseman wants to make his input. 1:Before strolling through The Factory gates, go back do some level grinding and then head to Monstro town for a final fight with Jinx and Culex. 2: Give The PRINCESS the Lazy Shell armor! Everyone knows to do that anyway! 3: Special Attacks. Only use The Poison Gas on big time enemies, and you only really need to use it once because if done correctly, they'll continue to cough up HP. And use Geno at Exor, because once you knock out The Eye, his Geno Whirl will knock out Exor in one hit if timed correctly. 4: If you go back to an earlier level and can somehow manage to hit the Super Jump 100 times on a minor enemy, you earn the beat armor in the game for Mario Called The Supersuit.
If there's one thing I love more about this game than anything else, is how Mario is just a total celebrity loved by all. Like, everywhere you go people know you, and everyone thinks you're the coolest shit. So many RPGs have you play as either a nobody or a loser; it's really cool to just get to be this total baller.
I remembered playing this old game of Super Mario RPG in the SNES but now i play the new game in the Nintendo switch and its here Super Mario RPG HD this game is remastered
I just realized something... when you check out the wishes on Star Hill, one reads "I hope I'll become famous." This wish is from Punchinello and by the time you actually see it, the guy is long dead... so he'll never have his wish come true. That's so sad lol
Because of the videos on this channel I actually started (re) playing Paper Mario - thousand year door and Metroid Prime today. I played them both when they were released. Never finished them. Some years ago I tried them again. Dug out my original copies and played them on the WiiU using an upscaling box to make them look more palatable to the eye ( gamecube resolution is NOT pleasant on a 120 inch screen) but couldn't keep my interest. Metroid is incredibly dated because of its controls. Maybe I'll get used to it eventually. Paper mario on the other hand is absolutely, positively charming. It can be a little convoluted because of some of the mechanics (first puzzle with the koopa throwing his shell and jumping with the other character) but apart from that I had an absolute blast with paper mario for 5 hours today :) Thanks for all the videos.

Smithy boss fight music got my nostalgia hurting me, I hated the boss as a child cause I was dumb and didn’t know truly how to play, but the soundtrack made it worth while when I had the heart and feeling I was going to win both fights, I remember winning and crying to my mom and she was like ‘it’s just a game.’ “ITS MORE THAN A GAME!” 😂😂😂
24:00 if this scene in the remake is not a perfect recreation of this hilarious OG scene, I'm gonna be a lil' salty. Not just the Mario turning into Bowser and Peach to explain to the Chancellor wtf just happened, I'm talking timing and the SFX as well, the toads backing away in terror as Mario turns into Bowser. The whole shabang Edit: I saw the final preview. They showed this scene. The timing is off, and the noises are different. I'm salty. Still gonna play it tho.
Frustrating hard game I ever played trying to go through almost everything, I even used to ask my cousin over to help me beat it since 1997, the remastered version is coming out in the switch this November 17.
🎮 Comment This is the game that would eventually turn into the Paper Mario and Mario&Luigi Saga franchises. But only this one was developed by Square. The first Paper Mario for the N64 was actually meant to be Super Mario RPG 2. All hidden treasures are included in this LP.

In Super Mario RPG, Mario's beloved Mushroom Kingdom has been thrown into chaos by the appearance of an extraterrestrial villain. This evil and outer space menace, Smithy, brings fear and treachery to the once-pleasant Mushroom Kingdom. Once Smithy crashes into the Star Road, he causes seven stars to be scattered throughout the land.
Mario and his friends must recover the Seven Stars and repair the Star Road by making an epic journey to Bowser's castle to confront the dreaded Smithy. Princess Toadstool, Mallow, Geno, and - believe it or not! Bowser help Mario restore tranquility and happiness to the Mushroom Kingdom.

to be continued in Super Mario 64...
Smithy boss fight music got my nostalgia hurting me, I hated the boss as a child cause I was dumb and didn’t know truly how to play, but the soundtrack made it worth while when I had the heart and feeling I was going to win both fights, I remember winning and crying to my mom and she was like ‘it’s just a game.’
“ITS MORE THAN A GAME!” 😂😂😂
Me and my bros beat him took a while
24:00 if this scene in the remake is not a perfect recreation of this hilarious OG scene, I'm gonna be a lil' salty. Not just the Mario turning into Bowser and Peach to explain to the Chancellor wtf just happened, I'm talking timing and the SFX as well, the toads backing away in terror as Mario turns into Bowser. The whole shabang
Edit: I saw the final preview. They showed this scene. The timing is off, and the noises are different. I'm salty.
Still gonna play it tho.
I love the Super Nintendo
I will always remember when i was stuck in the sunken ship because of the code, a stupid uncle tell me the code es CORALS. Fuckn guy lol
I think we all know why we're here. I'm planning on getting the remake on Christmas.
1:33:13 is the moment i burst out laughing.
"congratulations, Mallow has become mentaly unstable and danger to society"
I finally got the game of super Mario Rpg Legend of The seven stars on SNES.
Frustrating hard game I ever played trying to go through almost everything, I even used to ask my cousin over to help me beat it since 1997, the remastered version is coming out in the switch this November 17.

This is the game that would eventually turn into the Paper Mario and Mario&Luigi Saga franchises. But only this one was developed by Square. The first Paper Mario for the N64 was actually meant to be Super Mario RPG 2.
All hidden treasures are included in this LP.
Shut up, these games NEVER be sequels of SMR.
@@hanzowh except those games are sequels of SMRPG
