4:28:31 with 400 coins you can grind infinite exp. Here’s how it works: save first, then with the first star, take out all the enemies leading up to the 4th room. Then in the 4th room, buy the merchant’s star for 400 coins. Use the 2nd star to take out all but 1 of the enemies in the room. After getting your level ups, engage the last enemy in battle and get a Game Over. You’ll return to your last save point with everything except your exp reset. You don’t lose exp. It’s easier to remove all armor and defense boosting accessories before saving so you don’t have to remove them again and again. Easiest spot to grind all the way to level 30, the max level.

There’s a weird glitch in the Magikoopa fight. If he summons King Bomb and you let it explode, Magikoopa will do nothing for the rest of the battle. So survive the explosion and you win. This was fixed in the remake.

Mallow clone: this one can use Bolt, Lightning Orb, Static E and Electroshock.(Yes! Now this is yummy!) Geno clone: this clone can use Flame Stone. It’s weak against fire so super or ultra fireball can make quick work of it.(Bitter, but not bad.) Bowser clone: this clone fights exactly like Bowser in the prologue.(Yuck! How repulsive!) Peach clone: can restore HP to itself or the boss with recover and mega recover.(Mmm, tastes peachy.) If Belome 2 gets to act once he has 2 clones out on the field, he can use sleep inducing attacks on your whole team. It’s recommended you have Peach in your active party and have her mute Belome as he’s vulnerable to it. The remake made it so that as soon as you defeat Belome, the clones automatically die as well.

I have the SNES original of this and the 100 Super Jump combo was always the toughest to complete. HOW do I find all the secrets? I've beat this game several times but never found everything.

Sadly had the watch the ending here as my game glitched out after the clock boss and the path to continue would not open. Tried going back to older saves but it happened again every time :(. Good game though and one I finally got off my list after many years.
(I recorded the gameplay) Flowers are really abundant in SMRPG, and tabs/jars/boxes turn a pretty penny, so whenever you see me selling tabs/jars/boxes it's because I'm confident I have enough FP for what I need to do in the near future, and there's something else I want to get with coins.

It's possible yeah but for most players it won't be that short. The gameplay in this vid is so fast because I used 100 super jumps, and the OP rewards you get from it, to skip a lot of enemy battles. For a first time player you're looking at more like 20 hours.
an excellent game but I stopped at the last world. I was really tired of chaining very strong opponents one after the other. You beat a boss and you think you've won and right after you have to fight a new opponent even stronger and in the last world, all the mini games of the 6 doors, I found cool but a little too exaggerated, then a boss, I beat him and then it continues, I beat the big watch with the two clocks, then I tell myself it's good and again after I find myself in a parallel world. There, I decided to stop and quit.
