It looks like 5 teams fighting for 2 spots. PHI and MIL will probably be in. Love to see the Reds and Cubs pull themselves together and get 3 NL Central teams in the playoffs. IMO this division is better than it's generally given credit for, but national media tends to look at STL and ignore the rest of it.
This late in the season and the reds still can’t field a ground ball or run the bases in the clutch. Hope against hope for better next year.

3:50 - Interesting about Abbott. He was getting people to swing at his breaking stuff out of the zone, but batters adjusted and he came in. Batters have again adjusted and they're looking for the inside stuff....and still laying off out of the zone.

Minor League pitching (Besides Dakota Hudson he’s been really good lately)
Pitching. They have maybe one good pitcher in their starters, and the bullpen is just awful
The most consistent starters for he birds this year have been mikolas, Montgomery, matz, Hudson and Thompson. 2 have been hurt for 80% of the year, one was traded one came up at midpoint and one has 4.5 era. Everything else pitching wise has been horrible with the bullpen being abysmal
@@PinkHitMe St Louis gets pitching next year they will be fine. Just take a year get some high draft picks in June and reset. St Louis and Atl are 2 of the best run Organization in baseball. They kinda mirror each other
