{535} Car Subbwoofer / Sub-woofer Amplifier No Power ON / TL494 Not Working

in this video i demonstrated Car Audio Power Amplifier Repair - No Power ON / TL494 Not Working. this car sub-woofer amplifier have a TL494 based push-pull topology boost converter. it receives 12 volt from car battery and it takes remote ON command from car stereo car player. when power is applied, it was not powering ON, i demonstrated how to repair tl494 bases smps switch mode power supply. this subwoofer amplifier is used to increase bass / trebble and applies to the sub-woofer speakers

During car starts, the starter motor draws large amount of current.. Sir how can we protect the audio system from getting damage..

actually if the wiring is perfect, then all the car audio systems are controlled from the "REMOTE" signal. it comes from ignition switch and it is disconnected during car start-up. (this signal is disconnected during starting time) after startup this signal is routed again to turn on car audio system
if this signal is not routed properly, it must be inspected and if there is some issue in this signal, then some manual solution may be incorporated
