I don't think people would be so mad about this if he didn't make his whole career on being the wife guy and how much he loves his wife just saying, like stuff like 20:30 just makes it more infuriating. Also I saw a message in the chat at 22:54 saying monogamy should be abolished like polyamory doesn't have cheating as well. Cheating is usually about the forbidden aspect, feeling like you're doing something wrong. You could be poly and you and your partners have established a set a ground rules (don't get with any family members or coworkers) and the person that wants to cheat will still find a way to break the rules.
Poly is supposed to be a closed relationship with more than 2 people, so you don't get to fuck around whit whomever outside the relationship and then come home like nothing happened. I don't get why people think there's no cheating in it lmao There's cheating even in open relationships, shit people gonna be shit people
@@DeadKraken true, should have included open relationships in my statement as well, I think people think when you have multiple partners because it's not societally normalized in modern day and you're going against one grain that it just means breaking all rules and is anarchy lol
I feel like if we normalized open and poly relationships, or at least stopped painting the people that are in them as bad or immoral, less people would be cheated on. Some people just aren't monogamous, and if people knew about other options, and were upfront about what they wanted, you'd have less people feeling like they *have* to be monogamous, and then sneak around when it's not fulfilling in the way they want. People who only want monogamy could make it clear from the start and the relationship could end before anyone gets hurt if both want different things.
@@MariaThePotterNut Lmao what a dumbass take. Poly and open relationships are not a "do whatever you want, fuck around idc lololol" relationships, poly are literally as closed as monogamous relationships but simply involve more than 2 individuals and open relationships still need all partner's consent to be open. The core of cheating is absolutely no consent, no honesty and no "being upfront" with your needs, otherwise it would't be cheating, so normalizing poly(which is already normalized in LGBTQ+ spaces btw) wouldn't literally change anything, just the number of partners you can humiliate and betray lol

Men cheat with work employees alllll the time in the real world. It’s actually sad and kinda scary. If you are a woman who is married to a wealthy man at a good job be careful. It might seem great but set boundaries and be a little crazy who gives af! Ask questions… call them… text them… tell them to turn on their location… seriously it’s not bad to PAY CLOSE ATTENTION and you have every right to do so. So many guys do this with stupid women I’m sorry. I personally would know right away if somebody was cheating on me. Also if you question a man and he gets wayyyyy too defensive just break up. They can get offended sure but if they get mad at you for asking then f that. They are either cheating or thinking about cheating. Break it off before they hurt you. Trust me. I see couples cheat on each other all the time in our sick greedy world especially with employees. That’s a common fantasy for a man or even a woman to have a work bf/gf. Unfortunately, long relationships seem to get less exciting and for a weak man who can’t seem to communicate well enough they’ll seek strange pu$$y because they are bored instead of just simply talking. You gotta keep communicating and keep the fire alive. Cheating is NOT okay. Never. You are totally aloud to break stuff off if you feel like there’s no spark anymore but don’t f’ing cheat and play games. It’s literally soul breaking to other person and honestly the mfs who cheat are usually broken themselves. Cheating is for their EGO. So yeah keep the fire alive in your relationship/marriage but cheating is NEVERRRRRRRRRRRRRR ok.

Unpopular take but I absolutely would not want to work with someone that is a cheater. While it's part of their personal life, if they can lie and cause harm to someone they supposedly love, why wouldn't their deceit extend to interactions at work? You're just no longer a trustworthy person, and at the very least have poor decision making skills. Hit the unemployment line, bud
Open or Poly relationships can be good and healthy, if everyone involved is aware and consenting to it. I think if we de stigmatized it, I think it would lead to less people being hurt by partners that think they have no options other than monogamy (or "monogamy" for some) and then sneaking around when its not the kind of relationship they actually want. If it's an option from the start, it can be discussed before the relationship actually goes anywhere, so if the person is only monogamous and only want a monogamous relationship they can end things before anyone can be hurt. Or it's something that can be discussed farther down the line if issues come up in the marriage, so agreed on rules and limits can be applied. (For instance, I'm asexual, and while not completely sex repulsed I'd likely allow a partner with higher sex drive to have non romantic partners as long as I now in advance and they make sure to be clean and safe, and know other aces that allow similar, and could potentially work for other couples with vastly different libidos for all kinds of reasons) Of course that's not to say people that are poly/part of open relationships are cheaters, or that all cheaters are actually poly, or that it would be any kind of excuse at all. Some people just suck and have zero regard for other people. But some people, regardless of how much they may love a partner, are just not built for monogamy. If it's seen less as you're immoral and a bad person for being poly/ wanting to be in a poly or open relationship, I think less people would end up being cheated on. And normalize discussing things/going to counseling if one or both are no longer happy in the relationship, and if it doesn't help, don't make yourself (and your partner) miserable by staying in a loveless or otherwise unhappy relationship. Like Hasan said about high school sweethearts, just because you love someone doesn't mean you should get or stay married if there's parts that don't work or people aren't happy. Sometimes you just want different things out of life, or life pulls you in different directions, divorce doesn't make you a failure or anything. Still never an excuse to do something that you know will hurt someone you supposedly care about, especially not to do it repeatedly AND with the same person, one you know well.
I know someone personally with similar issues, but religious background and being very close with his family makes him completely deny the idea that he's not monogamous, but meanwhile his (extremely controlling which makes it worse) partner he had been with for a long time knew about it and basically restricted his ability to have friends, and then moved them across the country from his family as a way to "control" it, while it just hurts both of them. And I get why she would do that, but like at that point idk why she didn't just break up with him and get a happier relationship, going through his facebook (it was like 6 years ago) and instagram and deleting every woman is not the way to actually make both of you happy, especially since he was a singer and needed to keep a fanbase cultivated and interested in him. Instead she's miserable and constantly untrusting, and he feels intense guilt any time he even talks to a woman at work or at the store. And he's not even a bad guy really, he was genuinely sweet and nice and always felt guilty and didn't want to hurt her, but just wasn't getting what he needed emotionally or sexually from the relationship (I knew far too much about far too many things but on top of everything she was very lights off under the covers kind of person and he was, uh, not.) but couldn't be convinced that it would be better for them both to break up. I was a safe person (she knew I has zero interest in him whatsoever) so I lasted the purges multiple times, but after the move I was also removed and haven't heard from him since, so I have no happy ending for this story unfortunately. But sharing to show I know people who wouldn't be a cheater if it wasn't for the stigma about non typical relationships.
3:22 i fully agree with this. People are so dissappointed in him and im just sitting here wondering why anyone should care. Thats THEIR business and the ONLY PERSON being hurt is his wife and maybe the trust of his friends.

@@kiwi9445 no. but ppl are confusing his scandal w the reason he got fired. he did not get fired for cheating. he got fired for it having been w an employee when he is her boss. you can’t fire someone for something like cheating on their wife. that’s their personal life
@@ev3635 Even if this were a regular job and he was a regular employee it would still make sense for him to be fired for cheating. Your job place might decide that this reflects badly on your character and they don’t want that. Let alone the fact that he is a public figure who’s scandal is affecting the brand. Even without the legality of a boss fraternizing with an employee
No more Mr.Wife guy
Nice
Perfect opportunity for them to rebrand as “The Tri Guys”
Guy managed to punch above his weight with both girls lol
What does that mean? Weight as in both women are heavier than him?
Most people are heavier than him. He’s skinny
They mean that both ppl are more attractive than him
Hasan was right tho about hats. They were poppin off. Remember when Pharrell wore that gigantic hat lol.
i honestly would not doubt that Ariel also made him leave. if he cheated with coworkers and she also still wants to make their relationship work, it would make sense for the two of them to come to the conclusion of just leaving the company since there's no trust there anymore and she probably would rather him spend more time with his family at this point than deal with the aftermath publicly. if that makes sense.
and also just the fact that he cheated with an employee is not okay
I feel so bad for her. Her biggest insecurity is that she's just a tad older than Ned and then he cheats with someone so much younger than himself.
She 100% has a right to be jealous and not feel comfortable with him working in a place with "so much temptation".
@@KKISCRAZYFUL she should divorce his ass
Ariel should be leaving him, not 'making him leave'. Fuck that bastard. He doesn't deserve his family. He deserves to spend the rest of his life in shame, alone.
I agree with Hasan's point that becoming famous, and finally getting attention, falling into temptation
Reminds me of that scene from Marriage Story, where he's yelling about being desired by woman after success.
@@bbrbbr-on2gd is it real desire for him or for him because of his status?
@@ReubMann A man is judged by his accomplishments, they are a part of his identity. What do you mean, desire for him? Some ginger guy in his late 30s with an annoying laugh isn't pulling hot Asian chicks in their 20s just because.
@@ReubMann In the Marriage Story case, it was because he became a big name in the theater scene and so got around more, got more money and more success, and the power gained made him both attract and be attracted to flocks of hot people in the industry.
In Ned's case, he immediately folded as soon as he got some little power as one of the founding members of the Try Guys channel, and got lucky with an asshole woman who was already a cheater and apparently has a kink for fucking around with non-single guys lmao
When you start out life as someone of whom most people don't notice, or even ignore, suddenly getting lots of positive attention from lots of people can really change how to react to temptation. It's easy to say what one would do when it's theoretical vs actually experiencing it. I'm not excusing the behavior. In the end they were two grown ass people who made their choices and have to deal with the consequences. But I can still emphasize to a degree
Dude its worse Ned proposed FOUR MONTHS into their relationship
wait what? to the mistress?
@@brentoncarter4275no, to ariel. they were kind of a whirlwind thing
LOL sorry I died at the chat comment "FREE BABY POG" after Hasan glanced at that one article.
2015 Hasan Piker is the most millennial looking image I've ever seen, and I say this as someone who grew up as a teen in this era and was a young adult when that video came out lol
I think the problem is too that this is not something in a regular workplace. This is something that got media coverage, and Ned is a public face. Of course he’s going to be fired.
I don't get why people think there's no cheating in it lmao
There's cheating even in open relationships, shit people gonna be shit people
@@DeadKraken true, should have included open relationships in my statement as well, I think people think when you have multiple partners because it's not societally normalized in modern day and you're going against one grain that it just means breaking all rules and is anarchy lol
I can't believe rookie hole is part of hasan's lexicon now
He was not fired for cheating. He was the boss and HR guy at the company, and sleeping with a subordinate. That's messed up. They had rules in the company that HE MADE with his co founders, that prohibited this kind of behavior. Of course he had to go.
Gotta love how Ned cared about people knowing it's "consensual" even tho he's a boss and she is an employee, yes she can still be called a cheater but it'd be different if she went for a fellow employee.
The way he emphasized "consensual" in his message made me think that there were power dynamic issues that may end in lawsuits in the future. None of what he has said was particularly contrite. I think he is completely gross and I hope he gets everything he deserves and his wife and kids get the rest.
She was his emplyee so yeah.
Bro Hasan looks hotter with his current hairline lmao I feel him like same but like bro that’s just your adult hairline 😂
see, that’s what i’ve been saying! he doesn’t look like a little boy anymore, that’s not a bad thing
That hat is probably Hasan’s biggest L yet
That "sexy hat"
Ned should have also apologized to the employees, if I worked there I would feel very uncomfortable after learning this.
It’s such a confusing story during such a chaotic world.
Imagine having everything you need to have a happy perfect life and you still decide to cheat.
He needed to be let go because it was workplace relations. Infidelity should be a personal matter other wise
yep. people are mostly concerned over ned ruining ariel's life though but we have no idea if they're okay being swingers or whatever
It’s also coming out that he used business money for his mistress
I love Has calling her cute especially in a skiing outfit. I stan
That's why internet prosonalities, or any celebrities in fact should not pose as being morally superior. They are living a facade life just for the the show for their consumers, and people are so foolish to fall for that. Everyone who got mad at that brought this on themselves.
The lack of focus on the fact this was relationship between a CEO and his subordinate is really troubling.
THE HAT!!!!!! I thought it was an Afro! I’m screaming
I’ve been watching hasan for years and not had any issues with his takes or insight. But my eyebrows were raised in this one. Why is hasan so like “yeah everyone in a relationship wants cheat.” “Forbidden fruit”. Uhh. Kinda strange behavior. I understand like. Maybe being curious but I’ve never had the desire to cheat like, huh? I’m genuinely perplexed.
Baby Hassan was so cute 🥺
people that downplay or excuse cheaters are sus asf, and why tf wouldnt someone message his wife if they saw him with another woman?
This is why most companies don't like their employees have relationship within the work area... Especially someone with high positions and an regular employee
It must have sucked working there in 2016 when everyone was being hyper radicalized...
anyway eugene is the best try guy
A little too diva-ish and independent to work as part of a team and the whole "Eugene is perfect worship him" bit is kinda hacky and overused for gay celebrities. Keith is best boy.
@@OrbObserver what is this cope bruh, people literally didn't see eugene as gay for years and assumed he was bi at most because of his more stoic, masculine impression compared to the rest. his initial appeal at buzzfeed was that he defied feminized stereotypes of asian men.

Ar first glance,The bowler hat looks like a fro 😝
there were allegations that came out before but because his image and rep was so good that people didnt believe them or it just didnt gain any traction that made me think that ned prolly threw his shots at many hoops and some of them went in.
I literally found out about Hasan watching a Buzzfeed video back in the day LOL! Then when I saw him on TYT, I decided to follow him on IG strictly for his attractiveness & because we had almost the same general political positions
Ppl don’t understand the severity of marriage lmao. Bro u are legally binding yourself to one person for the rest of your life, whats not clicking. And once you have kids, theres REALLY no going back.

Amazing title well done
exactly my thought
While I get its is super weird that people invested this much time into those reddit posts, I also think its not really the place to criticize them, as they did mainly help Alex´s fiance to not marry a cheater kinda last minute...Imagine you were in a almost 10 year relationship, planning to make the last step and your partner is cheating on you for a year....maybe the reddit posters are a bit psychos but they did accomplish sth good this time. Also while I wish Ariel didnt have to find this out so publicly, I think she also fully deserved the information that the father of their 2 kids and her husband is publicly cheating on her...like how brainded do you have to be to cheat on a Harry Styles concert? O.o You dont evne have to be a publicly figure to get caught at that point.
I think the one that broke the news to Will, the fiancee is very respectful.
I can't believe she took him back
she has kids w him. & frankly as of rn we have zero idea if she will truly take him back as b4. all she has said is they’re working on working it out. that’s no guarantee

That’s the popular take lol
Especially if that person and their spouse were both colleagues AND friends. I couldn't do it either, couldn't look or treat them the same.
Full agree. Selfish people cannot be effective leaders, and shouldn’t be trusted in those positions. It IS that deep. Character is everything
This video is cursed by RUclips. I can download it but can’t watch it, it only plays if I use 5G
Try guys try adultery 😭😭😭😭😭
(For instance, I'm asexual, and while not completely sex repulsed I'd likely allow a partner with higher sex drive to have non romantic partners as long as I now in advance and they make sure to be clean and safe, and know other aces that allow similar, and could potentially work for other couples with vastly different libidos for all kinds of reasons)
Of course that's not to say people that are poly/part of open relationships are cheaters, or that all cheaters are actually poly, or that it would be any kind of excuse at all.
