This whole podcast seems like a look into qts ptsd brain. And after living with someone who has severe ptsd i have a whole other level of respect for qt for being able to remain a public figure even after all the childhood trauma and everything the internet did to her.

"these mormons are going to horny jail" where she watches a mormon dating show and "so i tried to find the fake mormon" where she watches a jubilee video where one person in a group is pretending to be mormon. if you search youtube for "qtcinderella mormon" they will come up. idk if theyre on her vod chanel, but any stream of hers when she watched the mormon dating show is amazing and she is so fckn funny.

If you haven't checked out her podcast with Maya called Wine About It it's so much of this, both of them talk so openly and honestly about a variety of topics. It's genuinely helped me talk more openly about some things with my own friends. They also are both hilarious people that have so much chemistry together I can't recomment it enough.

I have PTSD and all the same intrusive thoughts that QT mensions. When stress and fear are constant for so many years, it ends up feeling normal to constantly think about all the ways I can be hurt or killed and I usually forget that not everyone thinks that way. Therapy is great and really important, though. I've made a lot of progress compared to how it was.
I relate to qt so much, all the anxiety and thoughts she describes are spot on, not to sound parasocial but I’d actually love to be friends with her, I need someone like her in my life who can relate so much. Obviously idk her but from what I do know I see so much of myself in her

I love their dynamic because they have such a genuine connection and it just seems like just listening to three friends talking and shooting the shit and I love it so much
The podcast is great every time but for some reason whenever QT is on Hasan and Will go places in conversation that they'd never consider otherwise. Like, weighing out whether the guy who cranked one at Pompeii was coming as he was going.
If QT wants to, she would be a great third mic. She already gets the boys to shut up and let her talk, we love to see it.

After the Dunkey video the other day I FULLY expected to hear Chris Benoit's theme music when they mentioned it.
From my understanding ketamine is recommended for "treatment resistant" depression aka as a last resort after trying several traditional methods. It sounds like QT is still working through her issues and hasn't reached a point where taking an addictive drug known for its "euphoric" effect would benefit her more than it would put her at risk. A lot can be accomplished with just talk therapy and time, if not other better suited meds. As always I'm glad to hear QT talk so openly about her mental health and I wish her the best ❤️

Unasked for armchair doc time : had ex who also couldn’t process severe severe childhood trauma who tried to escape it all by running to military of all places…he got into some of the first controlled mdma therapy sessions and although it wasn’t a cure all or anything he came out the other side with noticeable changes in acceptance of certain parts of himself
