Bible Inspiration: 1 Corinthians 3:9 (NIV)
For we are God's fellow workers; you are God's field, God's building.
This verse emphasizes that we are all co-workers in God's kingdom and that our leadership is not about personal glory or power, but about serving others and building up the body of Christ.
