  • Hey guys, this is the second video I'm going to make about the importance of facing failure and how we can overcome it. Regardless of how successful people are, they all have one common thing - they address their shortcomings. There are things along the way we believe we are good at, but at the same time, we realize we have blind spots. It takes us a long time to fully face these blind spots.
We need to introduce a new approach to build better characteristics in addressing all unconsciousness. This requires plenty of failure. I've seen this in myself, including my biggest failure which was a loss of 2.79 million US dollars. This failure took four to five years of my development, but it helped me create the characteristics I needed. It connected me to myself and to others, because during failure, you see who the true people in your life are.
Men and women react differently to money. Men often make mistakes when they have money, while women often make mistakes when they don't have money. It takes a lot of courage to rebuild, restructure, and understand our plans and ideas. This allows us to process beyond our emotional and social needs.
I believe that if something comes into our thoughts, we must address it, but it takes time. It's not that there's something wrong with the plan or the idea, but rather that there are things we haven't discovered yet. For that, you need the right people.
During stages of failure, some people will leave you. The people who truly see your value, who truly believe in you and see a future with you, will stay with you regardless. These could be team members, partners, life partners, family members. If they stay with you, they see something in you. You need to pay attention to this and restructure your approach and understanding.
It's important to address our nutritional deficiencies, understand our genetics, and address any inabilities or disconnects. The problem is not the thoughts or the failure, but the unaddressed issues we haven't discovered yet.
You also need to understand human configuration. Even when we try our best, eat right, sleep well, love others, and have experiences and money, we still have some shortcomings that need to be addressed. It's important to address these before expecting everyone to see what we see.
Failure helps us understand and direct us in a way nothing else can. Sometimes we can't express ourselves and that's when we need to figure out what we need - minerals, vitamins, amino acids. Every single element gives us some level of direction, confidence, and helps us address dependencies or deficiencies.
I've had shortcomings that took two to three years to overcome. The person I was five to ten years ago is completely different from who I am today. I've had health issues that led to emergency hospital visits. These failures helped me create sincerity in addressing my ideas, plans, and thoughts.
Writing down our thoughts, recording our voices, and listening to them over and over again helps us create structure. It's like building a foundation for a building. Just like on our bad days when we feel down, words have characteristics that can bring us up some level.
I believe we need a systematic approach. Even with a systematic approach, we need a system to run the system. I once read a book called "E-Myth", where the author explained the process of having a systematic approach. During my failure, I ended up trusting myself too much or trusting my team members or partners too much. What matters is truly addressing the error in the process. Everyone wants to do business with someone they trust.
The world today is feasible and possible. People need to address their failures and be proud of overcoming them. This creates the characteristics you need to build to perform, regardless of the challenges you face daily or in the future. Everyone should celebrate their failures. It's not that I'm telling you to question your existence or your ideas, but rather to find the right people and the right direction.
I once discussed my failure with a partner who told me I was a good person and that I could overcome my mistakes. In return, I saw that whatever happened, there was a strong reason and over time, we can clearly see and understand that people need time. This nature knows about it and allows us to create the exact characteristics we need.
We all have to start somewhere. You are good enough and can make things happen if you understand the process. Everyone wants a process they can trust. You need a systematic approach that is run by technology and automation. In today's world, this is possible.
We need a holistic approach where we can't expect to succeed if we only have one thing going for us. We need to write down our thoughts and discover our true selves...
