A split second was enough already. When "Geto" said a minute in Gojos mind, that means just seeing Geto, the friend he thought dead, reminded him of their time in highschool which was already YEARS in his mind, far more than the required minute.

About the Choso thing. They can since they are physical bodies. The truck drivers did see his bro’s. But also last episode they had 2 civilians talking while watching Gojo walking up to Jogo, Hanami and Choso. 1 of the civilians said what are those 2 doing and the other civilian said ‘don’t you mean 4?’. So that was also showing that everyone can see Choso and Gojo, but only some people could see all 4 people.
12:00 if you notice, Geto always referred to him as "satoru", but the brain always calls him by his full name "Gojo Satoru" instead.
Also Geto always avoided killing sorcerers, keeping inumaki and panda alive and lamenting having to attack Yuta. But while his body was possessed, he never showed the slightest care.
The clues were always there but we never noticed.
also he never used the word "monkey" and, even more, he would never ally with curses, he would absorb them, but he would never interact with them in a friendly way, he despises curses.

manga readers generally used the names 'pseudo-geto' or just 'brain' if you want to pick any of those up when referring to him! It really is a twist hidden in plain sight in so many ways, gojo failing to kill geto and just doing a sloppy job simply wouldn't have made sense, yet there'd be no reason for geto to be so adamant on not showing his face or participating in any plans if he wasn't actually presumed dead. The art team and his VA also do an amazing job just making everything about his cadence - his voice, his expressions, VERY different from geto despite it obviously being the same VA and character design (besides the stitches). Even if you compare Geto's voice when calling out to Satoru in JJK0 and when calling out to him in this episode, there's a pretty noticeable difference, feels like there's much less affection and friendliness. Finally, Geto was always one to team up with sorcerers, so him teaming up with curses (one of the main sources of his eventual breakdown) just wouldn't make any sense either, he would've tried to defeat them and consume them straight away.
“My six eyes are telling me you are Geto Suguru, but my soul knows otherwise!” That’s one of my favorite panels, the VA nailed it. There’s still one panel that I adore that will come up next week.

Choso is kind of an hybrid. But he's a special grade curse incarnated too, like Sukuna in ep. 1, and his younger brothers in ep. 22 of s1. He has a physical body who used to be a human, and was used as a vessel for him
Early word of advice try avoid reading any forms of JJK content if you want a fresh experience of the anime some people spoiling stuff

As a consolation for the fact that Hanami is dead and we never got to see her domain, remember that when she charged that shot for her left arm, she said Todo would easily dodge it with his technique, so she wanted to use her domain to make use of the guaranteed hit mechanic.
My point is, Hanamis strongest move is that arm canon which seems to have been a pure energy blast type of attack and her domain was just gonna be used for the gauranteed accuracy, so her domain likely isn't anything special like Gojos or Mahitos, but more something simple like Jogo.
Don't get me wrong, Jogos domain is absolutely deadly against anyone that isn't a god like Gojo, but his domains theme is simple, you're inside a volcano, it's so hot that most people would just die from being in there and he can yeet lava and volcanic rock at you with a guaranteed chance to hit.
Hanamis domain was likely gonna be just a forest where her plant techniques are all guaranteed to hit or something like that.

1. As I said, they can only see Gojo and Choso, they can't see curse energies, techniques, or spirits which means they only see Gojo standing or walking around since his movements would be too fast when he attacks while Choso just blends in with the crowd.
2. The people have deemed it useless to panic, so they try to stay as composed as they can while waiting for authorities to work things out.
3. Animating multiple people doing different things at different paces requires extreme patience and is time-consuming, hence they opted for sufficiency.
