Elephant my absolutely favorite animal! I have good quality designer jewelry, Nina Ricci, Dior etc Can't get rid of it. My daughter went to a vendor dealing in such quality items and she said that it was too elegant, not fancy enough. This is stuff I enjoyed in my younger years, now at 79 I do not need it haha.

Is anyone else confused that she is making butter from cheese sour cream and butter? Does she mean cream cheese?
I think she knows it is not butter it's just that she uses it as a spread. She usually says it's better than margarine.
