It looks just like a unimog - I think it should be names 'Unimog Fire Truck.' However, the steering should be slower so it is easier to get a straight position.
Light I use LEGO 9v light bulb Black Electric, Light Brick 1 x 4 with Twin Top Lights (4771)Sound I use Black Electric, Sound Siren 9V 2 x 2 x 1 1/3 with Two Town Police Noises 4774c01,so I don't need any special things to make the flashing lights!

I had think about to make an LDD but it seems need to spend a lots of time to making the instruction.So sorry about that no LDD or instruction aviable.
You have to be the world's smartest genius to make any Lego creation fast. The motors and axles just don't provide the power or strength needed for these sort of applications.

you should change the gear ratio to a smaller one for your gearbox and the drive axles

Very cool truck! Great idea to use the compressors as water pumps, but isn't it bed for them? And I like the lights very much! :)

umm he uses the pump to compress air into a water tank so that the air will push the water and it will spray
