    I've followed both you and Spicy's obvious passion about motorcycling and the two of you have kept my enthusiasm up for taking the A licence which so needed focus and determination in a world not always keen on two wheels.
    Thanks for keeping faith with us and sharing your thoughts and feelings, it has kept us surely all going on an amazing journey.
    Fun fact: Matter can't be created or destroyed (Law of Conservation of Mass, discovered by Antoine Lavoisier in 1785). So... a molecule in our eyes could well have been a molecule in the toe of a dinosaur in the past!

    Wont go into detail since it's quite a lot to talk about but I was in foster care for 6 years, it felt like my childhood was just taken away from me and it was the worst time of my life, luckily I've been back with my real family for a few years now. I was suppose to speak to a therapist when they called me but didn't know how to explain my thoughts and feelings so I ignored their call, went to see a doctor and I didn't really explain everything so they couldn't really help much and just gave me advice on how to deal with it. Trouble is I can be super happy one minute then the next I feel a lot of negative thoughts and feelings just out of nowhere. Even when I'm shopping my heart will just start racing sometimes, I hate that feeling but I guess I'll go get it sorted out eventually.

    • @Reenomeano
      @Reenomeano  4 года назад +1

      Maybe the time wasn't right for you then. I realised that the time wasn't right for me but eventually it became right and I felt comfortable getting help. Sometimes you just need to push yourself out of your comfort zone a bit. Might help speaking to the doctors and saying that your moods are all over the place. And also practice more positive thoughts because you will actually start to beleive it after a while :)
      Good luck for 2020 hope things go well for you :) 😊

    Hi Reeno, have you tried hypnotherapy? I recently got a promotion where I have to deal with meetings, organising things, lots of people, phone calls etc. All the things that set off my anxiety. I had a course of hypnotherapy and I'm amazed at the difference! no sweating, not heart racing, no hiding away lol. I'm a different person. Whatever helps you, good luck because anxiety is very internal and personal, and very difficult for non-sufferers to understand.

    It's mainly genetics but our upbringing fuels it. I have suffered with anxiety all of my life. Are you a Empath like me?

    • @Reenomeano
      @Reenomeano  4 года назад +1

      Yes I am a major empath so I am very emotional and sentitive to that stuff and also feels like I take on other people emotions. It is good because I know I'm caring and can put myself in someone else's shoes but it can be draining sometimes. And yes after I left home I realised that my mum has a lot of traits I have now but hers are more heightened. I also grew up in a strict environment that I beleive was normality but after growing up realised it was quite restrictive so I understand that alot of it may be learned from my childhood and also partly genetic I guess

    Think I prefer yearly goals to resolutions as well, although, more often than not my goals are "finish unfinished projects from last year".
    What industry/sector do you work in? Also wondering if your anxiety is related to customer/client facing activities, I know that's something a lot of people aren't fond of.
    Any thoughts on doing some ReenoJP stuff this year?

    • @Reenomeano
      @Reenomeano  4 года назад

      Haha same! And yeah all I can say is it is customer service based. I don't mind it but I had certain things that the company wanted me to do in a certain amount of time that seemed almost impossible for me. Now I'm doing a similar thing but without the seeming impossible goals
      And yes I would love to do more but I just find it hard to find the time for it. They take more planning as I have to think about what I wanna say and kinda wrote a script coz I'm not good off the top of my head haha. Hopefully I can do more reeno JP stuff this year

    • @AKAMustang
      @AKAMustang 4 года назад +1

      Ah yea, unrealistic deadlines are the worst, at my place I'll sometimes be asked how long I think a project will take, I give them a timeline, and they say "urr, we need it in half that time", well you should have told me twice as long ago then.
      Then it turns out the manager has known about it for weeks, but didn't think to mention it because they thought it would just be a quick thing.

      They weren't to start with, I was under a review and risked loosing my job hense why I was about to leave and every role that popped up I couldn't apply for because I was under a review. My managers and colleagues where brilliant trying to help and calm me, it was just the job itself and the business not helping. I'm just so glad another role became available and HR and my managers put my name forward for it for me to be moved into. now I feel alot calmer and I'm not under the same amount of stresses and they are now helping :) I wish that I had been more open about it before but then I obviously just wasn't ready at that time

    Thanks for being so honest! So many of us have struggled similarly. I had a mental breakdown in my job and had to quit. Twenty-nineteen was the year I spent in recovery, and was undoubtedly the worst year of my life. Towards the end though I took up deliveroo (on my motorbike) and which - while still stressful - is a kind of stress I can manage. Being an over-sensitive-empath also, I find dealing with hot food much easier than colleagues whose toes you are scared to step on. Plus I get to ride my bike for my job! The anxiety hasn't gone away, and I try and ignore it like you, but it doesn't work. I'm hoping time and learning to 'tune in' will heal it eventually. Glad you touched on this subject again.
