This game is worth buying for the intro song alone. I always take the first 5 minutes before playing to jus chill and listen to it at the main menu. It’s only cuz my friends aren’t willing to wait more than 5 minutes that I finally enter into the game 🤣

The intro theme for the opening part of the game is an amazing track and the menu music is oddly awesome and sets the tone well. You would expect them to half ass it sense dead island has been on the back burner for years and the ambiance tracks for 1 and rip tide was kinda mid setting aside who do your voodoo and the trailer song for di1. Honestly would recommend the game the gore is probably one of the best in any game to this day and while the plot is kinda ehhh id say its better then 1s plot and the main cast like jacob have great personality compared to the older games. Combat is responsive and feels like a combination of dead island riptides and dying light 1s combat. a mix of tools melee, gun and drop kicks. if they ever add new game plus it will have even more replayability but i can honestly say the player characters personalities are good enough to add more replay value on that alone.
