I don’t like the way this mother is interacting with her daughter. She is creating a stressful situation and confusing this poor child.
This mother is a pro. This is how we should speak with little guys. The mother had a respectful conversation with her daughter, and she let her analyze all the implications of her request herself. The girl learned so much in such a short time. This is why this video is so popular.
I was a teacher for 7+ years and this little girl was in the age group I taught. None of my students told me the they wanted a different teacher. A lot of them would draw pictures for me and tell me how much they appreciated me. If a student came up to me and looked this distressed I would speak to them with "some empathy and affection in my voice" and find out what was the source of their distress. This mother needs some help with "showing empathy and affection".
When I was 3 i was jealous bc my mom was loving my 1 year old sis more so I took my diapers and went down to the door and asked my aunt to open the door 😆
