Best tutorial of Corona hands down. Clear, normal speed.. 5 out of 5. Am a vray user but I been wanting to learn Corona. That's is why everything looks clearer for me but. I just need quick and painless videos to follow. Could you do a rendering with low res quality settings for quick test renders to a medium to final high res quality settings for production.. I'll appreciated lots.. Thank you in advanced. Am going to check out alll your videos.. Cheers!
Nice Tutorial! Any reason that you are not using the corona color picker? i can highly recommend it, makes it much easier to select a light material color for example because it also got a Temp (K) Slider. You can use it by going to Customize -> Preferences -> General Tab -> Under UI Display you find the Color Selector Dropdown, select the corona improved picker instead of the default one.
Hello thank you. I tried to make it as simple as possible for beginners using corona. I know abt the color picker just didn't like to make things complex for new comers to corona
very nice! thanks a lot.. just wondering if the light sphere for the flame shouldn't also not be visible for reflections and refractions.. because that way you wouldn't see a sphere reflecting in the glass and just the flame...?
Hello Mr Roy, nice tutorials did you have there. I have a question, is there any tutorial explained if we don't use sun as the lighting. I mean, the room doesn't have a window. Sorry if my English not too good. thank before.
your very gud artist sir, your all tutorial are very nice & helpful i like your all videos. sir i have a quastion the quastion is this please make tutorals with your voice its better for understanding.
i wish you had put the file attachment so that we can practice on it for the indirect color, using Lightmaterial would not let you to choose a temperature, so you can put any light and choose it's temp. then in Lightmaterial you can pick the temp. color easily (You should press the pick icon once, then press it again and hold then drag to the color you want) Thank you 😍
Hello this video covers How to create lights in your scene using 3ds max and corona renderer, please kindly check my other videos for tutorials from scratch!
Hi Roy. I am a student, and really trying to get into Corona. I was using Arnold render a lot before, with portal lights. I find that, placing corona light rectangles by the windows is very effective, and that i don't need to use corona sun, with this method. What do you think?
it depends on your scene, you can alway explore different lighting methods, depending on the mood you are looking for. so its nice to play around with lights until you find what you are looking for
afzal nabdo it depends on your scene and how heavy it is, when you see the image clear of noise you can stop the render, there’s no pass limit, so when you’re satisfied with your result you stop the render
Hi! great tutorial, ive got a quick question: why i cant see in the enviroment menu the "use corona" but "single map" and "multiple maps (lightmix)"? ive got original corona 5
u can use the defaults max environment tab by pressing 8 on ur keyboard, single map now acts like the default tab for all hdri and corona sky maps in corona 5 and up
Néed just a little help in architectural matériels....sometimes thé bitmaps dont show if u apply on subtracted items...how do u get realistic matériels???

Just One Question Sir... How many Pass Enough For Final Render???
and how much Denoising value we can use???
afzal nabdo it depends on your scene and how heavy it is, when you see the image clear of noise you can stop the render, there’s no pass limit, so when you’re satisfied with your result you stop the render
Speaking of denoise its better to leave it at smtg to 0.6 and set it to high quality , it does a great job of removing noise without loosing quality

When you tile the HDRI by 2 vertically and then by 2 horizontally won’t you technically have 4 ‘sun’ points in the environment?
