Recipe № 1
Recipe for "excellent" dough for buns.
water - 125 ml,
milk-125 ml (can be replaced with kefir),
semolina -2 tablespoons,
yeast - 7 grams,
eggs - 2 pieces,
salt - a pinch (to taste)
sugar-70 grams,
vegetable oil-30 grams,
butter-30 grams
flour 500-550 grams.
Mix all the ingredients, at the end gradually add the flour. The dough should be soft. It usually takes me 500-520 grams of flour.
Let the dough rise, form any buns (especially good with stuffing, as the dough is not very sweet) and bake in the oven at 180 degrees until done.
This is a great recipe, the buns are very fresh even the next day.

These are chopped cutlets that are perfect for sandwiches.
For 1 kg of any meat (I most often do it with chicken)
4 eggs,
4 tbsp mayonnaise,
cheese 200 grams (but you can without it)
4-5 tbsp.
starch,
salt, spices to taste.
Finely chop the meat. mix all the marinating ingredients - mayonnaise, eggs, spices, starch. Grate cheese into the marinade, put chopped meat there and leave to marinate for about 3 hours, if it is pork, then it is better at night.
Fry in a pan. These are delicious meatballs!

Witam droga Olesiu! Niezmiernie szybko mijają wizyty u Ciebie, ale jakże miło. Pięknie wykonane prace, super dobrane tkaniny, zachwycają swoją urodą. Ciasto które piekłaś, w Polsce nazywamy struclą makową. Ja polewam je jeszcze odrobiną lukru. Robię też podobne kotleciki. Czasami dodaję do nich nieco uduszonej cebuli, papryki kolorowej, pieczarki, marchewkę, zieleninę itd. Dzisiaj już dom sprzątnięty, duszę mięsko do jutrzejszego obiadku (będą kluski śląskie), zaraz nastawię karczek z przyprawami do szynkowara i będzie pyszna wędlina. Zupa ogórkowa na dzisiejszy obiad już gotowa (uwielbiam) i ciasto na chleb już wyrasta. Też uwielbiam pracę w domu. Wczoraj zrobiłam z 0.5kg mąki makaron rosołowy. Dostaliśmy od dzieci na rocznicę ślubu, między innymi maszynkę do robienia makaronu. 🤗Teraz częściej będzie to ulubione, bo swojskie jedzonko. Zajmuję swój czas różnymi pracami, by nie myśleć, o złych rzeczach, które dzieją się wkoło. Ktoś postanowił zniszczyć świat który znamy, a głupota rządów przeraża. Cieszmy się każdą chwilą i sprawiajmy sobie i bliskim choćby małe przyjemności. Wspólny czas I radość z bycia razem, wspólne posiłki, rozmowy, to jest to czego nam nikt nie zabierze. To miłość do rodziny. Cieszmy się każdą chwilą, bo życie jest piękne. Pozdrawiam serdecznie i daję Ci Olesiu wszystkie obejrzane reklamy. ☺️ 😘

@@olesyahouse Wzajemnie Olesiu. Ja podlewam wodą czosnkową raz na 3-4 tygodnie. Cieszę się że mogłam pomóc. Widząc skorupki od jaj podpowiem, że ja opłukuję je, suszę, blenduję (jak uskładam większą ilość) I mieszam z ziemią, przy wiosennym przesadzaniu roślin doniczkowych. Też warto. Pozdrawiam.

Hi Olesya. Thanks for such a lovely video. 🌻🌻I love sewing too. My mom gave me a Janome sewing machine that included the table. That was in 1974 when I was 21. She bought it second hand but it was quite new and in pecfect conditions. I have used it all my life to make all sort of things for home and clothes for me and my boys when they were kids. Clothes were very expensive in those days. Nowadays I'm retired ( teacher)) and I still use it. Las week I sewed covers for cushions and now I'm sewing a couple of bunnies for Easter. Only once, in all these years, my Janome had a problem, which a technician solved asily. Hugs from Chile.🌹🌹🌹

Witam serdecznie Olesiu dopiero w dniu dzisiejszym udało mi się zobaczyć cały film miałam kłopot z telefonem i nie mogłam się odezwać. Jak zawsze z wielką przyjemnością obejrzałam film czekam na następny. Ja strucle z makiem robię inaczej mak zagotowuję z mlekiem odcedzam i przez maszynkę do mięsa dodaje cukier masło miód i obowiązkowo bakalie. Czasem pieke z białym serem czasem z marmoladą zależy co mamy w domu i na co mają ochotę moje wnuczki pozdrawiam Cię kochana i z całego serca życzę wszystkiego dobrego Asia

Schade, dass Du Deine tollen Handarbeiten nicht verkaufst....ich bin was das betrifft nämlich untalentiert und weil ich den ganzen Tag im Krankenhaus arbeite, hätte ich auch leider keine Zeit dazu.
