Do you edit videos in 4k or just full hd ?
My recommendation is in this case to increase the ram to atleast 16gb if you video edit large files.
This makes it easy for the system to handle different effects and stacking of clips on apps like final cut pro and premier.
M2 and M3 both are good for the purpose but if you edit in 4k make sure to get 16gb ram atleast.

Samsung s9 fe plus has the worst slow processor while air M2 has overpowered M2 chip.

16 gb ram will be very useful for mulitasking in such situations, resulting in less performance throttle.

The thing is you cant get a gst invoice with the offer, basically you cant add your gst number in the invoice.
But the invoice will show you a gst breakup for the discounted price you pay.
